• Aïmata (7/5): Bien malgré quelques déceptions - L'hébergement est très bien situé, à proximité, parfois immédiate, de certaines attractions phares de Rio (Bondinho, escalier Selaron, Centro, arcs de Lapa, Feira de Gloria...) et proche de deux stations de métro. Petit plus, la vue depuis la chambre sur le Christ Rédempteur et le tram de Santa Teresa ! L'appartement est spacieux et récent, et l'immeuble est très sécurisé. Les espaces communs (laverie, sauna, salle de jeu, espace de coworking, rooftop, etc.) étaient très appréciables. Bien que j'ai fait une réservation pour 3 personnes, seules deux serviettes étaient disponibles à notre arrivée, ainsi qu'une partie des draps pour le canapé-lit (il manquait une taie d'oreiller). Le ménage laissait également un peu à désirer. J'ai immédiatement prévenu l'hôte, mais il n'est jamais venu réparer ces manquements, malgré mes relances. Très déplaisant. A savoir : il faut éviter de sortir la nuit dans la rue en bas de l'immeuble, mais le recours à un taxi/Uber permet d'éviter tout problème.
• Bogdanova (5/5): - Nice location Well, I guess that’s not only about the apartment itself as about the building. All the amenities listed were not really nice. WiFi in coworking didn’t allow to work (same as in the apartment) as the speed was so low, the gym is ok for 1 person maximum due to its size, when other people come there it’s inconvenient. Sauna didn’t work. Inside the apartment itself it was clean, some towels were provided however if host could leave the water for guests it would be much nicer. I’m not sure if I should complain about this as this apartment seems to be budget friendly. Still I hope hosts might find this feedback helpful and fix this details.

• Silvin (8/5): Estudio Amplio y Moderno, Recepción 24 hs. Wifi muy buena. Negocios en cercanía. - Las instalaciones en general del edificio muy buenas y del estudio que alquilé (con cama de 2 plazas y 2 sofás) también. Muy buena la atención en la recepción, que es un punto a destacar cuando se viaja. Está disponible las 24 hs y siempre atentos para dar cualquier información que se necesitara. En el lobby del edificio hay máquinas para comprar gaseosas, agua mineral y algunos alimentos simples, todo automático, habilitado para pago con PIX y Credit Card, también funcionando las 24 hs., self-service. El estudio que alquilé era bien espacioso. Muy bien las toallas y buen secador de cabellos, funcionando! En cuanto a la ubicación, hay negocios próximos para compra de comidas, bebidas y también farmacia cerca. Podría mejorar: A mi llegada en día viernes, una lámpara estaba agotada, a uno de los lados de la cama y durante todo el fin de semana, no se pudo cambiar. Sin embargo en el momento de mi pedido de revisión, me dieron siempre una respuesta rápida por WApp, de forma amable y educada. Luego otra lámpara del techo se agotó. De todas formas antes del fin de mi estadía, todo fue solucionado en cuanto a la iluminación, en los puntos que mencioné. También podría mejorar la limpieza de la parte interna, baja del box de ducha, sobre el que apoya la mampara (zócalo de 20 cm de alto), que estaba comenzando a desarrollar moho; algo que con una simple limpieza con lavandina, se soluciona. Pero en general ningún aspecto desagradable.
• VICENTE (9/5): Trabalhando no Rio - Para quem vai trabalhar e usar metrô, a localização é excelente. Mesmo turistando, o acesso é fácil, perto do aeroporto. O apartamento é amplo, muito limpo, aspecto de novo, confortável, a internet é boa, a cozinha completa com utensílios novos e o wc é espaçoso. O prédio tem portaria 24h, de fácil acesso, tem um ótimo espaço livre na cobertura e a academia é ótima, bem equipada. Conta ainda com um minimercado que quebra um galho. Fiquei 3 semanas e alguns dias o barulho da rua, logo cedo pode incomodar, bem como as cortinas não tem um blackout completo.
• Carolina (5/5): Mala experiencia en relación precio ubicación - En si el departamento es nuevo, cómodo, bonito pero cuenta con una mala ubicación en el sentido que es una zona peligrosa. A 30 pasos del edificio nos asaltaron. Y tuvimos una mala experiencia con la ropa de cama La ubicación si bien es céntrica, no es muy buena zona ya que es peligrosa .
