• Maya (5/5): Bad smell in the room - Marco is best! - very polite and available with any question for the city The place is too old, with bad canalization, and smell. For 5 days, the place didn't change the towels even. Obviously the place is not a hotel and don't have much expectations. Not enough sheets and poor pillows.

L'appartamento si affaccia su una strada trafficata anche la notte e non avendo doppi vetri è stato impossibile riposare. L'appartamentonon era quello delle foto. Privacy zero Ci siamo ritrovati a dormire in 5 in una stanza quando mi era stata data una suddivisione diversa al momento della prenotazione. Se il servizio colazione aveva un costo...anche no!

Attention la chambre donne sur une rue avec beaucoup de circulation Le petit déjeuner n est pas du tout qualitatif il doit être servi dans la chambre mais les horaires ne sont pas respectés. La chambre n est pas très bien équipée.

• Joanne (4/5): Will not be returning - Valentina house staff such a beautiful person Marco and his mate picked us up from the airport and dropped us to the house. My husband left a pair of expensive earphones in the car and within seconds we rang Marco to return them. He seems to always have excuse. We have offered to pay for them to be posted to us but just been ignored. Son got an electric shock from one of the sockets in the living room while plugging in his phone to charge and had to be taken to hospital. Was kept in for a few hours.

• Dinko (5/5): Passable - Very, very pleasant and helpful host (manager of the property). When we arrived it turned out that our apartment does not have window in the dining room and has only tiny window in the sleeping room. It was not the apartment shown on the photos, but alternative one. Host allowed us to move to apartment next door (one with the window; shown on booking), but only for 2/3 nights. Last night we had to move to one without window. Breakfast was OK. Make sure that you understand which apartment you are arriving to; photos are misleading/ mixed/ incorrect.

More shabby than chic, especially the bed covers. Our room overlooked a busy street so it was a bit noisy. It’s hard to heat up the space given the high ceilings.

It’s only 10 minute by car from the airport and only 10 minutes walk from the historic city center. The employees were very friendly and willing to give us advice about the city. Also the breakfast was delicious and it was brought to our apparent right on time every day. I would surely recommend it!
• Anne (8/5): Napoli in August - The apartment was in a good location, very central only about 10 minute walk to central train station, 2 min walk to via Duomo street which has restaurants, bars and shops. Marco was very helpful and available at any time by call or text. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning. The AC only worked while you were in the room. It was operated by a key that was with the apartment key so couldn't be left in the room when you were out. The room never cooled down.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was great having the mini kitchen and clothes washer. We would have liked a microwave. You could hear the street noise very well from inside.

• Camilo (9/5): Good apartment, nearby Naples National Archaeological Museum - It was an apartment with large spaces including a room, with a double bad and a sofa bed, a living room with 2nd sofa bed, the kitchen and the bathroom. it was well located, walking distance to the Naples National Archaeological Museum. Breakfast and cleaning of the room were included in the rate.
• Pavel (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located in classical old-style residential building. Our room featured amazingly high ceilings (5 m) with real frescos. The room was very clean and equipped with all necessary things excepting for the cork screw (this one though was provided by the staff on our request). The room faces lively via Foria with many publica transportation options to most locations in Naples. Vesuvius, Sorrento and Pompei can be reached by train from Porta Nolana station which is within walking distance. The closest beach Mappatella can be reached in 20 min by metro. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby (though for the quality i would rather recommed those near Mappatella), and a supermarket just across the road. Overall, it is very nice place to stay. The staff are very nice people who really do their best to make it a great experience. Once you open the window, there would be a lot of noise from via Foria. There is an a/c, so theoretically it's not a problem. Really good beaches of the Posilippo area are not super-easy to reach from this location (though not impossible). Also note that breakfast is not a buffet (though still ok, you get toasts, cornetti, coffee and other basic stuff).

• Carol (7/5): Good stay. - We arrived very early from Rome and we were accommodated even though it was before check-in. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was brought to your room as there is no area to have it. Our reservation wasn't found, there was only a lady cleaning the rooms so we had to wait around until someone came to check us in but even the person who came couldn't find the reservation. They rang another person and eventually asked for my booking as they couldn't find any information. They made up for this by allowing us to check in early.
• Terrell (9/5): Marco the Charming reseptionist. - the room was adorable, very authentic Naples! If you want a true experience. And Marco our receptionist was super. Every mother, grandmother and daughters dream. He packed us a to go breakfast at 4am and arranged for a ride to airport, which turned out being him. location entrance was confusing and not especially inviting, but only added to the Napels city life experiance and charm when we finnally got to our room.

Apartment nicely decorated, good breakfast, and super-friendly staff WiFi signal wasn't as good as expected, no signal in the bedroom. The apartment had only 2 very small windows, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. No windows in the kitchen/living room. However, our friends were in the nearby apartment at the same facility and they had huge windows!!
• Philip (10/5): Naples, very nice so see Vomero too - All arrival probs sorted out quickly after ringing owner who needs an arrival time. Helpful advice on Naples and getting around. Breakfast in our large room. Absence of manager on arrival, so please advise them of arrival time, which can be difficult. Also this means travelling with global roaming or a local SIM.
• Bonita (10/5): we enjoyed our time there and Marco was very helpful and great to work with - spacious room with queen bed and a sofa bed. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite good. a nice place for 3 comfortable beds and staff
• Eliza (6/5): Pleasant - Under the bed there was something sticky, and the air conditioning was not good, at night it was very hot

• Jan (10/5): great apartment near the center - we stayed there for almost a week, the room had everything what we needed, super clean. In the evening it wasn’t noisy. Marco helped us to arrange everything what we wanted during our stay, from finding taxi to telling us about best pizza! can’t ask for more, definitely coming back! Also is is a great location near two metro stations, just five mins by walk to Archeological museum, cathedral and about 15 mins to the center. Nearby is also street of Via Vergini, full of restaurants, bakeries (Pasticceria Poppella) and there is also vendors with fresh fish. great restaurants nearby are Pizzeria La Campagnola a Isabella De Cham

• Georgia (9/5): Great choice - Great location, clean and comfortable room, kind staff The supplies could be renewed more often e.g. we were 6 people thus we ran out of shampoos and toilette paper very quickly
