• Marie-Andrée (1/5): Tres mauvaise expérience Propriétaire malhonnête - L’appartement a beaucoup de potentiel mais c’est la pire experience que j’ai vécu auprès d’un gîte booking. Je regrette avoir louer ce logis qui a failli gâcher mes vacances. J’ai essayer de contacter booking pour avoir de l’aide mais n’ai pas reçu de réponse. Il y a un gros problème de tuyauterie dans la salle de bain. Cela sent tellement les égouts, une odeur tellement prenante que nous ne pouvions pas nous laver les dents dans cette pièce. Ce problème a déjà été signalé par d’autres invités mais le propriétaire ne semble pas prêt à faire les travaux ( majeurs nous dit il) qui répareraient la plomberie. Le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement entre autres la poubelle, les armoires ( voir photos à l’appui) Ensuite le drap de fond était usé au point d’être déchiré. Tous les commentaires négatifs écrits au sujet de ce logement sont à prendre très au sérieux. Je ne sais pas qui a écrit un avis positif sur cet appartement disant qu’on avait une magnifique vue sur la mer. Ce n’est pas vrai. On a une vue sur des immeubles. Le proprio a fait changer le drap déchiré et fait faire un peu de ménage sans que l’on puisse parler d’un appartement vraiment propre. Tous les échanges avec le propriétaire se font via WhatsApp, je n’ai jamais rencontré le propriétaire en personne. J’affirme tout de même que mes échanges écrit avec lui ont été très désagréables et stressants. Au final je me suis fait dire que si je n’étais pas contente je n’avais qu’à partir et que si j’étais restée cela voulait dire que j’acceptais tous les aléas de la situation. Échanges impossibles avec cet homme arrogant. J’ en suis venue a réduire avec lui mes interactions au minimum. Le propriétaire est non seulement désagréable mais surtout tout à fait malhonnête de continuer à louer un logis qu’il sait ne pas être dans un état fonctionnel avec la plomberie défectueuse.
• giovanna angela (6/5): Casa in ottima posizione, bel terrazzo con qualche stoviglie in più e soprattutto col bagno sistemato ottima soluzione, - Ottima posizione, balcone con vista sufficientemente spazioso per poter mangiare anche in 3. Abbiamo avuto un grosso problema con il bagno, c’era una puzza di fogna terribile, alcune volte impossibile entrare, figuriamoci fare la doccia. Il proprietario avvisato della cosa, ha detto che era a conoscenza del problema (!!) che per essere risolto richiede un intervento strutturale. Sostiene che sia random. Ci ha detto di tenere la luce accesa per far funzionare la ventola o nel caso di comprare ( a spese sue) un buon deodorante, ridicolo. All’ennesima segnalazione ci ha proposto di lasciare prima la camera senza pagare la notte non goduta, sinceramente se non fosse stato l’ultimo giorno avremmo accettato perché la cosa è veramente molto molto sgradevole, nauseante. Piccola ciliegina sulla torta il supporto a muro non reggeva il telefono della doccia, per lavarsi andava tenuto in mano. Non abbiamo mai cucinato a casa (la dotazione di stoviglie è povera) ma curiosamente in casa si sentivano odori di cibo come se cucinassero in casa… misteri delle tubature albanesi! Andrebbe arricchita la dotazione di pentole e stoviglie veramente povera. Per onestà devo dire che il proprietario chi ha fatto un piccolo sconto sul prezzo ( circa10%). ATENZIONE pagamento solo contanti.

• Matteo (6/5): Possono migliorare un po’ di cose per renderlo perfetto - La posizione era ottima e la casa carina La casa era sprovvista di molte cose essenziali per utilizzare la cucina, mancavano molte stoviglie e la pulizia della cucina non era al top. Inoltre, gli scarichi del bagno emanavano un odore insopportabile e l’host non ha saputo risolvere la problematica anche se era già a conoscenza del fatto. La doccia non ha nessuna protezione (né tenda né vetro) e il bagno si allaga ad ogni doccia
