• de rosa (9/5): Vacanza in famiglia - L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione, è molto accogliente, ben arredato e pulito. La vista dal balcone e dal bagno è bellissima! La posizione è davvero eccellente: a pochi passi da piazza S.Pietro, offre la possibilità di muoversi a piedi o di prendere il bus, che passa quasi sotto casa. Nelle vicinanze ci sono dei buoni ristoranti e dei supermercati. Lo staff è molto disponibile e professionale. Il materasso del divano letto è un po' scomodo
• ILIA (9/5): - Comfy bed, spacious living room, and the view is hard to beat. Overall great. The apartment feels a bit run-on-the-shoestring at times: there are visible chips in the furniture in multiple places, cracks on the plates/mugs, the kettle does not turn off by itself, some outlets not working. Nothing deal-breaking, could easily be fixed, but still

Just outside the walls, meaning the tourist area of Rome The owner changed the AC specs on the apartment, after the booking , and then lied about it. Upon complaint , I was told by the owner that there were Italian regulations about using the AC before June in residential apartments. But unfortunately for the owner I have lived in Rome and had Roman friends who were able to confirm that the owner was lying. I brought this issue up with the owner and with booking.com to no resolution. I don't recommend trusting this owner to provide the benefits of the apartment stated in their booking advertisement.
