• Eelin (10/5): Superb property and host in a Beautiful City Florence - The location is superb the unit is clean ,host is very responsible within minutes. We love the stay here in this clean cozy little place. Checkin was also easy with clear instructions provided. Lots of eateries and points if attractions just within walking distance. The convenience store Pam local is just located opposite the property. We have inadvertently lost the key and host indeed come to our rescue almost IMMEDIATELY saving us for being homeless , we are truly very very very grateful for the fast response and kindness shown. In a nutshell , our family will strong recommend this apartment and host to anybody who come to visit lovely Florence. Nothing

• Vishalrs (1/5): Very much disappointing & uncomfortable stay - Location - Beware of misleading descriptions. While advertised as having 2 bathrooms, there's only 1 shared bathroom between two bedrooms. One bedroom has only a WC with no doors or curtains & next to the bed, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. - The hand shower/head shower knob wasn't working either. - Additionally, the AC didn't work, leaving the bedroom humid and unbearable, and opening windows made it worse due to foul odors from outside, despite raising this with the host, it was not fixed. - There was no microwave in the kitchen, it is mentioned in the description though. - There are narrow stairs to go to 2nd floor where this apartment is located, if you're with huge luggages or strollers, keep this in mind. There is no lift, this was a big surprise. Overall, a very disappointing stay with unresolved issues.
• Alex (8/5): Great value for a cozy place to stay close to the Central Market and a train station - My experience overall was positive, the apartment was lovely and the amenities were good. The location is very close to the Central Market, which made it convenient to explore local produce and grab some delicious meals. The kitchen is well-furnished. The bed was comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep after long days of exploring the area. AC worked well and quiet. The listing claims that it's a quick 5-minute walk to Duomo, but I found that it was actually quite a bit further than that. Also a narrow staircase with 35 high steps (!) was a bit of a surprise and should be mentioned for future guests who are counting on easier access to the apartment and shorter distance to Il Duomo and the Uffizi Galleries. I also think that a super tiny size of the shower cabin should be mentioned. The handheld shower unfortunately didn't work during our stay. I hope the host addresses this issue for future guests.
• Jennifer (8/5): Overall we enjoyed Florence and it was a great place to begin our adventures - The location is perfect and close to most things on interest. The train station was a 8 min walk. Our best meal was a short walk away in the direction away from tourist areas. It was called Trattoria Guelfa. Order the house wine and the Boar Pappardelle and the cod stew The beds were very firm. Could use more bed pillows
