- Netta (1/5): Bad - Nothing! It was Not available!!!! We made a reservation at this apt already in February, and it was approved. I got my credit card charged a week ago, and when we arrived at London, we calles the apt owner on booking, and he said that the apt is not available anymore! And that they informed booking already 3 weeks ago. So we had to search for a different accomodation at evening time. Booking has our money, and your customer service isn't responding!
