• Sofiia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful luxurious apartment, the photos doesn’t do it justice! Great location, close to public transport, walkable distance to train station. The owner is the nicest man, he made sure to prepare the apartment for us before check in time even though there were guests before us and there was a little time to clean and prepare apartment for us. Communication was flawless too. It’s a hidden jam! Thank you, Ioanis! Nothing!

• Teo (2/5): The apartment appears like nice on the photos, but... - The apartment is very dusty and dirty. We got a feeling like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. There is dust on night stands, on the bed, floor. When sun shines you can see dust flying all around. We were caughing alot because of so much dust. There is various hair on carpets and towels. Towels we got actually do not dry, they appear very synthetic. The toilet sit is super uncomfortable to sit on because of the strange shape. The bed is small for 2 people and is not supportive enough, you just sort of lay in a hole. I really struggle to see why this apartment has been rated so highly. There is someone's clothes in one of the cabinets. In the kitchen there is some food leftover, from who knows when, some opened Kellogs cereals that are out of date. The blind on the window next to the bed is half broken and doesnt really block the light, so the room is quite illuminated during night. The apartment has poor sound isolation, you can hear cars and ambulances all the time.

Host fabulous Place equipped with everything including all kitchen appliances. and a stocked refrigerator It was fine for us but there are lots of steps to go up and down. Better be physically fit No problem for us

• Magdalena (10/5): Stylish loft apartment in a quiet part of Milano - This is an exclusive designer's apartment, very elegant and masculine in away. It had two levels - kitchen and living room located on the level 3 and bedroom on level 4 of a very nice house. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. Bathroom included luxury bath towels and robes. The communication with the host was quick and effortless since he lives in the building. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to metro station. Perfect for walking to Duomo. There are two very nice cafes nearby with fantastic coffee, gelato and croissants. Will definitely be back. For us everything was great. For those having problem climbing stairs or carrying huge suitcases - that might be a challenge, as the apartment is located on the level 3. Also the bathroom offers no privacy and it is located on the top level.

I emphasize my admiration because traveling often I find myself in places not up to the height of our country, but the services and people you meet, offer another type of pleasant perception, customers are respected, pampered and loyal. unfortunately in our culture traveling to the north and south, on the contrary we come across unprepared, disrespectful and sometimes offensive staff. care must be taken that those who are born with our luck in Italy should be prepared in a highly consistent way to the context , Being Italians is not an honor but a responsibility. what past generations have left us magnificence after centuries , oggi dovrebbero essere gesrtite

• Jonas (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - I was a bit suspicious when I first ordered because there weren't many reviews. But the place exceeded my expectations. The apartment is in a b&b house. It turned out that the owner had arranged it for himself and now it is available for booking. Therefore, the apartment is cosy, with comfortable furniture. All the facilities for a comfortable stay. Very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast essentials, fresh pastries in the morning and a sparkling wine on my friend's birthday. Really recommend this place. Thanks a lot! All was great! Please note that the apartments are on two floors. The bathroom is open-style, making it more suitable for a couple or close friends to stay.
• Graham (10/5): Best private apartment I’ve ever stayed at through Airbnb. - Everything! It was spacious, it was incredibly stylish, it was spotlessly clean. The facilities were very very good. I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed, we ate like kings in the kitchen. I cannot praise this apartment highly enough. And the host is exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly kind and responsive. First class all round. I want to buy this apartment. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. It was near the metro, it was near great restaurants. It took us less than 30 mins door to door to get to Linate Airport on the metro.

And although everything seems to start wrong way - weather was terrible, we had a lot of unexpected disturbances from our office, also some worries arose at our home - I was so happy there and wanted to stay much longer. The apartment and building are gorgeous, but Ioannis was the one who made our experience so special and unique. Hope to have chance to meet him again. -
