• Hei Yi (9/5): - Lovely comfortable spacious apartment, convenient location. The host was very prompt and helpful with communication and meeting us during check-in, thank you! unfortunately the soundproofing is not ideal and due to proximity to the building entrance and heavy door, it is very noisy especially in the morning. Bunk bed mattress is bumpy but this might be subjective!

The location is very well conected to metro or tram. We will for sure stay in the same location next we arrive. The shower held was leaking but it was not something to really complain 😀

• Florence (9/5): Magnifique! - Magnifique appartement, lumineux et très fonctionnel. On peut facilement accéder au centre-ville à pied, sinon il y a des bus et tram tout proche. Massimo est un hôte parfait, pro et réactif! Tout s’est très bien passé. Nous y étions en famille seulement pour 2 nuits mais reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long! De n’être resté que 2 nuits ;)

• Thomas (10/5): - Massimo met us at the front door, showed us how the keys worked and some of the things within the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied as the location was perfect, the apartment was very quite at night, lots of space and the bed was comfortable. We didn't need to use the kitchen apart from the fridge and it was too cold to sit out on the terrace so we could not take advantage of everything the apartment had to offer.

Emplazado en una zona comercial de nivel con todo tipo de servicios en los alrededores. El loft en sí está super bien: tiene detalles maravillosos, estilo y comodidad. Y Massimo es un anfitrión de lujo, en perfecta concordancia con la vivienda que ofrece. Siempre atento y disponible, por demás! En resumen: una estadía espléndida en el corazón de Milano. N A D A
• Miriam (10/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación era muy buena, estaba cerca del metro y del tranvía (2 minutos andando), supermercados a 5 minutos andando y aparcamiento en la puerta. El check in puede ser a cualquier hora porque las llaves las recoges con código. El sofá-cama que esta en la cocina-salón no es muy cómodo por lo que si vas a estar muchos días resulta incomodo, las almohadas son incomodas y muy finas, quizás faltaría alguna manta para la época de frío.

• Todd (10/5): well appointed loft in a great location - Super-responsive host, beautiful open-concept apartment, great terrace, plenty of natural light, and located in a neighborhood with tons of character. If we are ever back in Milan, we hope to stay here again. Nothing.

• Justine (9/5): Très belle expérience - Cet appartement est bien situé (au pied du métro Porta Romana), lumineux, très calme (il donne sur une cour, pas un bruit) et pas d’appartements en dessous ou au dessous. Nos enfants ont pu courir à loisir 😅 Il est aussi bien équipé, nous avions tous les ustensiles à disposition pour faire la cuisine. Le lit était spacieux et très confortable. • Sophie (8/5): Top pour 2 nuits - Le propriétaire Massimo est fort sympathique et agréable pour un accueil chaleureux à distance. L’emplacement est top, métro et tram à côté Parking sécurisé à 1 rue. Appartement bien climatisé donc rien à redire malgré la forte chaleur en ce mois d’août. La propreté pas au rdv, c’est dommage car l’appartement est bien , cuisine salle frigo placard etc Sols plein de traces aussi, bref besoin d’un grand coup de propre pour mériter un 9/10. C’est dommage
• Liesbeth (7/5): - Heerlijke airco, fijne bedden en genoeg ruimte. Koffiecupjes, thee en water aanwezig. Goede en snelle communicatie met de eigenaar. Parkeerplaats en supermarkt om de hoek: ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar centrum, maar ook restaurantjes etc om de hoek. Een paar extra messen en glazen zou praktisch zijn. De keukenkastjes en laden waren bij ons niet zo schoon en er was geen doekje, theedoek of afwassponsje/blokje. Met deze boiler konden 4 mensen in de ochtend niet warm douchen (ook niet kort).

• Ilya (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is good, easy to get everywhere, but at the same time quiet and not in the middle of all of the touristic places. It is very easy to use trams to move around the city and there are a lot of shops and restaurants on the nearby streets. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need for the stay, including dishwasher, cleaning equipment, etc. The host is also very nice and friendly, it was very comfortable to engage. There are a few things that may or may not be changed, those did not affect our stay a lot, but worthwhile mentioning: 1) we arrived on our car and it was quite a challenge to find a temporary parking, while the paid parking is located on the other street - not super close. At check-out we went there with the luggage, the weather was nice, so it was ok, but while it rains, it can be challenging 2) the apartment is located on the ground floor next door to the lift. So, there is some noise outside all the time that you can hear. If the bedrooms' doors are closed, you can sleep well, but if not - it is really difficult, you hear people going in and out, talking while waiting for the lift and the door is closing with a lot of noise. We kept our doors closed, but it was tricky with our daughter, who was sleeping alone in the new space for her 3) the room were generally cleaned, the dishwasher was full of clean plates, etc., however, in the fridge we found some opened deserts that were left there by previous guests. Not a big deal, but ideally a bit more cleaning for kitchen and bathroom will be helpful 4) master bedroom mattress is also not super comfortable, but okish... The above summary is all nice-to-have, not spoiling the trip at all though, just smth to bear in mind.

There is paid parking nearby to leave the car. Lots of restaurants and cafes around and a supermarket. Our host Massimo is very nice and helpful. -

• Viktoria (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment is nice, super clean, and perfect for three families as there are three separate places to sleep (two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa - really appreciate how the sofa was already prepared with sheets and towels for the guests). The location is perfect - 2 minutes walking to the subway, 20 minutes walking max to the Milan Cathedral. Safe and calm neighborhood. Our communication with the host was really easy and nice, he welcomed us when we arrived (even though there was an option for self-check-in), showed us the apartment, explained everything important, and answered all of our questions. We certainly recommend this place and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Milan. Thank you, Massimo! Everything was perfect!
