• Jill (10/5): Beautiful apartment with incredible views of the beach - Borja the property manager was waiting for us at the property.. he was extremely helpful & gave us lots of restaurant recommendations. The apartment is just so beautiful & very modern. The views onto the beach are incredible. This was my 3rd visit to Rincon and I’ll definitely be back again .. and will stay in this property again! It’s a very beautiful, safe area, with lots of supermarkets & gorgeous bakeries / coffee shops. It’s only a short uber ride into Malaga if you fancy shopping or a night out. Would highly recommend. I liked everything.. but if I had to be very picky .. I would have liked another mirror .. maybe in the bedroom. The light in the bathroom is a little bit dull for us ladies doing our makeup.
• Renate (10/5): Einfach fantastisch!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Das Apartment ist einfach fantastisch. Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Aussicht aufs Meer, der große Balkon, die Ausstattung, die Nähe zu den Restaurants und Geschäften, die herrliche Strandpromenade, alles ganz wunderbar. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und haben immer in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos - wir wurden an der Wohnung bereits erwartet. Wir haben viele Restauranttips für die „Espetos de Sardinas“ erhalten und einige davon ausprobiert - alle Ware hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nichts - es war alles fabelhaft!! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
• Alan (9/5): Appt with dreamy views in stunning location. - The apartment location is simply outstanding, with ocean views and all day sunshine. Step out of the apartment and you are on the paseo, and beach. Countless restaurants and chirunguitos in either direction. You can walk for miles alongside the beach. Very central for all amenities. Apartment is compact, but fully stocked with amenities needed to cook, and or enjoy food and drinks inside or on the generous sized balcony. A beach chair and brolly is available for use. Borja, who manages the property, was very welcoming, full of recommendations for local restaurants and on hand to resolve a small issue. He was happy to answer all our questions. I am nit picking, but perhaps a small 2 seater on the balcony to sit more comfortably. Although to be fair, there are two chairs and an outdoor bench for dining.

• Anne Birgitte Meland (10/5): Fantastisk leilighet for avslappende drømmeferie. - Denne leiligheten er helt perfekt. Helt ny (bygd for to år siden). Den er nydelig og «rent» innredet, med alle nødvendigheter og litt til. Utrolig deilig å ha mikro, fryser, blender, kaffekoker (bialetti), vannkoker, vaskemaskin, rengjøringsmidler, tørkestativ, klyper, deilige håndklær med mer, i tillegg til alt det selvfølgelige. Ps: Det finnes deilige luftfriskere i alle klesskap. Vårt reisefølge var på tre personer og sovesofaen var veldig behagelig - både til å sitte i, samt sove i. Sengen kjempegod. Gode puter! Dyne og teppe tilgjengelig for de mer «frosne». Aircondition fungerer godt. Screens på alle vinduer. Markise utvendig. Nydelig terrasse og fantastisk utsikt! Beliggenheten på denne leiligheten er uslåelig. Dette var vår andre gang i Rincon De La Victoria, så vi kjenner området. Det er akkurat denne lokasjonen du ønsker. Baker og dagligvare på andre siden av gata. Utallige restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Stranda rett utenfor, med solsengutleie. Veldig hyggelige folk og utrolig «chill» stemning på stranda. Lite fyll. Kjempekoselige boder med mye fint til salgs 20 meter bortenfor… Taxistopp 200 meter unna. 25 minutter inn til Malaga for shopping (ca. 25 €). Busstopp rett utenfor, om du heller ønsker det. Så til utleier, Borja. Han gjør alt og mer til for at du skal få et fantastisk opphold. Gir deg gode tips og er tilgjengelig for alle spørsmål du måtte ha. Vi hadde også en liten krisesituasjon. Borja ordnet opp og ble vår helt. Hadde stolt på han med våre liv❤️ Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold og kommer gjerne igjen. Litt få kleshengere til tre jenter. Savnet et stort speil (helfigur).

Felt very comfortable to be here and Borja who manages the property goes way and far beyond. Super helpful and made everything very easy for our stay. Location is fantastic - right on the beach! • Peat (10/5): Perfect…comfortable, modern, spacious balcony. - The property is right on the promenade overlooking the beach in the centre of Rincon. The balcony is a good size and perfect for a lazy days with plenty of shade or sun. The decor, fixtures and fitting are all top quality together with a well equipped kitchen. With the blinds and windows closed the apartment is dark and quiet, perfect for a good nights sleep. The owner was incredibly helpful and provided a list of recommended restaurants which was very helpful as there are so many nearby to choose from. Nil
