• Moris (9/5): Excelente - La ubicación, a unas cuadras de time square y del metro, lugar tranquilo. Estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía. Si bien el ingreso al depto es un poco feo visualmente por fuera , por dentro el depto estaba en excelentes condiciones y tenía de todo, secador de pelo, hilo dental desechable, etc. Nuestra habitación tenía un ruido bastante molesto que al parecer era producido por la calefacción. Era un sonido intermitente. Había una araña en nuestra habitación.

• Gisela (6/5): Habitació en bona situació però només per dormir, no per famílies. Sòtan sense menjador. - La situació, està ben al centre de Manhattan. Zona plena de bons restaurant si aprop de tot. El personal va ser agradable, a qualsevol necessitat ens la van proporcionar. Es un sòtan, no hi ha living room. Es super petit, no hi ha zona comuna ni per poder senta-te a menjar.. La cuina són dos fogons elèctric que si cuines a mes duna temperatura es para i deixa de funcionar.. Tots els utensilis de cuina estaven molt bruts, havies de rentar els plats a l'aixeta del lavabo perquè no hi ha cuina com a tal. L'habitació estaba neta però plena de un ambientador ruixat per sobre el llit que la primera nit no vaig poder dormir del tòxic, i al ser un sòtan està tot sense ventilació.

• Joshua (9/5): - A wonderful location for anyone visiting the city. Walkable to the big spots of the city but far away enough that at night you don't hear any of the noise. So many restaurants on the street too, which made dining before events very easy. n/a.

Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. Muy exigente a la hora del check out, no aceptó entregar unos minutos después, hace cobro adicional por 15 minutos

• Jennifer (5/5): It’s extremely overpriced for what you get - The location is good and the bed is very confortable. Check in instructions are clear. The facilities that is says are not completely true. It’s kind of an apartment with 3 rooms and I had the room number 1. There is no wardrobe or closet and no cloths rack. In the room next to me they had one but they couldn’t even walk in the room since it was very very small. That means if you get the number 1 like me you have to live outside of your suitcase and if you are 2 people you have lo leave it in the floor all the time. In the room you have no coffe maker and no other stuff. Everything is outside next to the bathroom where you have to share it and also it’s very cold so if you need to go to the bathroom you have to leave your hot room and walk in the freezing cold apartment to get to the bathroom. The bathroom it’s self is clean that is very good but they come clean it in the middle of the night like at 3 or 4 AM which is a little strange and not comfortable if you don’t have a deep sleep. So in the night you might wake up because of the cleaning noise and also all the night long the light is on so it gets a little light trough the door.

Det var ett källarrum, vilket inte framgick i beskrivningen. Man var tvungen att passera en mörk innergård full av soptunnor och bråte. Trångt - i beskrivningen stod det 17 kvm, vi uppskattar det till 10 kvm. ACn dånade. Kackerlacka. Ej tillräckligt med porslin i det lilla köket. Inget vatten i köket eller någonstans att sitta och äta. Vi fick diska på toan och äta i sängen. Dyrt!!! Inte prisvärt ens med NewYork nivåer.

La chambre a un lit très confortable mais la salle de bain sent un peu l’humidité. L’ensemble est semi enterré. Le coin cuisine est bien équipé et le grand frigo est très pratique La climatisation très bruyante mais elle est efficace et on n’a pas besoin de la mettre tout le temps Le côté semi-enterré sans fenêtre est un peu dérangeant

• Wordsforworld (9/5): Superb - Really superb location and excellent price. Room and facilities are relatively basic but if you don't mind that and are on a budget then this is an excellent choice. Check-in is done remotely and no check-in staff on site but we arrived early and one of the cleaners was really helpful in letting us leave our bags safely until check-in time. Nothing to complain about!

• Karolina (1/5): Misleading information. It is in the basement. We booked another accomodation. - Terrible, the entrance is in the back yard and down in the basement. It was late at night when we arrived and pitch dark. We felt really uneasy so we left.
• Giuliane (9/5): Very well located, clean and comfortable for a week! - Even though the room is a little bit small, the bed was very confortable and it fits well for two persons. All the place was very clean and smelled fresh every time we came in. It was also good to see that the bath mats were being changed while we were there since it’s a shared bathroom. Over all it is very well located and situated on a queer safe neighborhood. There no way to open the window but the AC works perfectly.

• Gary (8/5): Overall we had an excellent stay and after a tiring day the rooms were very welcoming, comfy and warm. - The location is excellent , the property was very clean , the beds were really comfortable and the bedrooms were nice and warm. Shared bathroom (which actually worked out ok ) and the size of the bedrooms ( not enough room for both sleepers to get in and out of their own side .
• Douwe (7/5): Good - Excellent location. Great (base) price. Only one bathroom for 5(?) bedrooms. And the toilet got clogged. Nobody on staff so not much you can do. Also a 50 dollar cleaning fee for a tiny room seems a bit much. I know cleaners are expensive in New York, but come on.
• Guerra (10/5): Perfect spot with all that you need to make your stay in NYC perfect! - The property was conveniently located in Hells Kitchen, close to Times Square and Central Park. There are hundreds if not thousands of restaurants, clubs, and food options in the area. The room was really cozy and warm even being very cold outside. There is a nice smart tv with all the streaming apps. The room and apartment are sparkling clean, the bathroom is recently renovated like new and the room decoration based on blue colors makes it relaxing. I missed a mirror in the room.
