• Eddy (10/5): Close enough to walk to the sights but also out of the hustle and bustle, spacious apartment. - The bed was excellent, we have been travelling in Greece and Italy and this was the most comfortable bed in the two weeks of our travelling. Having a lift and washing machine was appreciated (it was one of the reasons we booked it), the apartment was spacious and was within 15 minutes walking distance to all the sights and many restaurants. The wifi was excellent and we able to use netflix easily. Everything was as promised in the photos and accommodation information.
• Lingge (10/5): Makes my trip better. - Great location, 10 mins walk to Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and other spots. Really tidy inside, providing a lot of things in the apartment, including coffee machine. Can wash clothes here with washing machine. Somehow I didn’t see the toilet paper.

Daniele was very attentive and always responded to - The apartment is quite large, has a closet with luggage rack, the kitchen has all the necessary crockery, the sofa bed is large and comfortable. The apartment has been renovated and has good soundproofing. The location is good, close to the Duomo, and there is a bus stop one block away. For people in wheelchairs, there are two steps at the entrance door, two more to the elevator, and two more to enter the apartment hall.

Danielle was very communicative and we would stay again when we return Construction on street during our stay and the street was blocked off so it was challenging to arrive and depart with luggage

• Elodie (10/5): Très bien. - Très bel appartement spacieux et bien décoré. Bien situé entre les parkings obligatoires et le centre historique. Entrée autonome facile. 2 capsules de café adaptées à la machine ( il y en avait mais n’étaient pas pour cette machine à café !), 2 sachets de thé et un peu de sucre/sel auraient été un plus.
• Peishee (9/5): Lovely apartment 10 - 15 min walk from Duomo - Host Daniele greeted us at the front of the building, and helped us with the luggage. Checking in with the luggage was a pleasant experience as my husband had injured his ankle. The host also purchased and brought over detergent and more toilet paper when we mentioned that these items were low on supply in the apartment. Distance to Duomo is still a bit far, about 10 - 15 min walk. Usually it is alright but at 38 degree Celsius, it takes a bit too long. Thankfully, air con in the apartment works very well.

• Stephanie (10/5): Absolutely beautiful apartment!! - Very spacious apartment. Convenient location and very walkable to everything. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Such a lovely place. The owner was very agreeable about working with us to drop off our luggage. Much appreciated so we didn't have to drag everything around. Very spacious place. The temperature was hot inside the apartment. We were able to sleep, but it was muggy. We traveled in June so the temps were rising. Our time in the apartment was little so it didn't impact us too much.

• John (8/5): A nice stay in central Florence - A nice Florence style apartment that is in a reasonably central location within walking distance to the Duomo and other sites. It is on a bus route that makes the entire city accessible. Huge walk in robe. Washing machine and iron but only a small tabletop ironing board - go figure! It is secure and spacious with adequate cooling on very hot days The beds are too soft for our liking. That comes down to choice. The bedroom does not have blockout window coverings which is problematic come daybreak. Sometimes rental properties need a “deep” clean to bring them up to standard rather than just a changeover clean. This apartment is in need of that especially the shower tiles.
• Betty (9/5): Superb - It's always a relief when we booked an accommodation and lives up to its photo. Daniele, the property manager was very helpful in sharing useful general tips to enhance our stay in Florence.
• Helen (9/5): Superb - Daniele was a very helpful host. Place was clean, we enjoyed all the apps you could use on the TV. Not too far from centre. Good local Cafe (Cafe Michaelangelo). We really enjoyed our stay. Sofa bed was a little bouncy. Pillows were too flat. Would have been good if coffee pods were supplied.
• Shlemina (10/5): Gorgeous! Ten out of ten - Fantastic apartment in the city centre very close to the Santa Croce and Duomo. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The apparent beauty is in the old building with really tall ceilings which make staying very charming. There is also an elevator so you don’t need to be worried about carrying your luggage to the apartment. The staff was very very nice and polite! They helped us with any questions we had and were responding really quickly. If I have to choose an apartment in Florence again I would definitely choose this one. I would ask for some more dishwasher tablets

We really appreciated being able to check out a bit later which allowed us to see a bit more of the city before heading to our next destination. A bit noisy at night.

It is one of the very best, most convenient and comfortable places we’ve ever stayed at (and we are regular travellers!). Impeccably clean, beautiful and right in the centre of Florence. We loved it! We loved everything!
• Kathleen (10/5): A very comfortable stay. - Highly recommend! One of our best stays. Not in the thick of things but within a couple of blocks. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures which is absolutely lovely. Made us wish we owned it. Apartment has a well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook but we enjoyed dining out. We did use the cups, electric kettle and Nespresso machine. We appreciated the luxury of having an elevator for luggage and after full days of walking. Be aware that there are still some stairs you will have to manage; 2 steps to get into the building, 2 steps to get to the elevator and 2 steps to get into the unit. The bed was super comfy. Daniele was very helpful. nothing.
• Veronica (10/5): Nice stay in Florence which my family and I recommend - We liked the most how the landlord furbished the apartment, particularly the new technology system used for the air conditioning, turn on/off the lights, very well equipped in the bathroom with magnifying mirror and spots. Overall, we have enjoyed staying at Belcanto and definitely I will chose it again. Bedroom is well equipped with all you need. The dressing room is quite nice (Ikea products and style), you have enough room to put your luggage which it gives you the comfort feeling like home. What I have really appreciated is the quality of the pillows - filling pillows is made of foam, not fibers, which you cannot find in every place. This gave me the comfort of sleep. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, few cooking pots, minimum necessary. Bathroom is well equipped with washing machine, big enough. We had also enough laundry detergent, soap and shower gel. What you have to know is that in Florence the sidewalks are quite narrow (not easy to to walk with the trollers). It was good that we had an elevator to reach out to the apartment (2nd floor). What we did not like and I consider to be improved as it does not imply too much cost but the travelers would appreciate is equipping the kitchen with kitchen towels, napkins, enough dishwasher tablets, 2 extra bowls, some pepper, salt and little oil. Location I might say is not the best in terms of distance to the interesting places to visit. Also, you have to walk 10-15 minutes to Conrad which is the biggest grocery store. The ones nearby are very small that might not have fresh products.
• Peter (10/5): Great place to stay - One of the best places in Italy, that I ever been. Great furniture, kitchen, bedroom. no big complains. Two remarks - the bedroom needs blackout curtains and sound proof window frames. Now the street noise is quite noticeable in the night.

Staff was very helpful when helping us on the phone even though we called them late at night. Everything was great and perfect. Would definitely stay here again if we come to Florence :)
