Anfahrt gut zu finden, gute Parkmöglichkeit am Haus Ein Infoblatt mit den wichtigsten Informationen fehlt (WLAN Code, Müllentsorgung - wohin Biomüll ? Wohin Altglas ?, Bedienung der Deckenspots im Wohnraum etc) Kein normales Fernsehen, nur Streaming Eine Möglichkeit zur Verschattung der großen Fenster im Wohnraum fehlt
