- Ellen (1/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Location was great It was very dirty. Air conditioner didn’t work which was not ideal as it was over 30 degrees everyday of our stay with 2 young children. Backyard was very unkept and unusable. Location of key box was dreadful as the front garden was also unkept and overgrown

- Derrick (8/5): Poor cleaning service and management detract from a great place. - The house is great. Location is good. Bedrooms, bathrooms all good. Response to have a light switch sorted was prompt The cleaning service and management are a shocker. The fridge was dirty. Backyard was a mess. Pile of rubbish at the front door. Handle missing on kitchen drawer. TV does not work. Gardens are unkempt. Kitchen content is poor. Stove needs a clean.
- Jamie-lee (3/5): Disappointing. - We were holidaying in this area as we were visiting my sister who lives close by, so the location of the townhouse was convenient to visit her. From the moment we arrived, it did not give a good first impression at all. The key to get inside was in a lock box, which was not easy to get to through the mess of the front garden. The entrance to the townhouse was covered in cobwebs, mould and a build up of dirt and dust. Unfortunately it didn’t get any better once inside. There was a very noticeable stale smell upon entering. There were dirty marks on the walls, dead bugs all over the blinds and many of the blinds were broken, there were dirty hand prints on the back sliding glass doors and many cobwebs from the roof and air conditioning vents. The back courtyard was not usable as it was completely overgrown with weeds and looked like a jungle, and not at all safe for our children. We were also unable to use the garage as it was full of junk. The tv did not work; it was an older style tv that simply did not tune any tv channels, and was constantly just a static signal. There was mould around the bathroom sinks, and some sort of drain blockage in the upstairs shower as it flooded when we used it (we only used the ensuite shower after this). One of the windows in one of the bedrooms didn’t close properly, which was very annoying when trying to sleep; night time was very windy and when we couldn’t close the window the blind would just bang all night. There was also a lot of mosquitoes inside and both my daughters woke with multiple mosquito bites.
I felt the need to go to the supermarket after arriving and purchased disinfectant wipes, spray, and our own plates, cups and cutlery as I simply didn’t feel comfortable using what was provided.
There was also conflicting communication; in one message regarding our stay I received before arrival, it stated we could park our car in the driveway (however there was no driveway) and another lot of information said to park on the street.
