• David (10/5): We would definitely stay there again. - Very good communication to get into the apartment. Helped us get rides both to the apartment from the train station and also to the airport when we left the apartment. Great location. To get to either of the bathrooms you have to walk through one of the bedrooms, so if you have 6 persons you definitely have to have a lot of cooperation in the group. We had no problem since we were all one family, but I could see a problem if there were 3 couples traveling together.

• Vera (8/5): We were overall satisfied and the apartment was warm, but the room close to the square was extremely - The location is perfect for exploring Rome, as most major attractions are either within walking distance or easily reachable by public transport. Our main issue was having to wait over half an hour beyond the agreed time for the host to bring the key, leaving our family of four standing outside in freezing temperatures.

• Babette (7/5): - L'emplacement très bien. Le studio est spacieux. C'était plutôt calme, peu bruyant donc une bonne surprise pour le quartier. L'étape de récupération des clefs et le contact avec l'hôte ont été difficiles, la communication avec l'hôte n'a pas été agréable. Il manque un couvercle à la chasse d'eau, la cafetière est défectueuse, la climatisation est peu efficace.

• Sarah Marlene (2/5): God beliggenhed, men ikke mere end det. - Beliggenheden. Da vi ankom og skulle checke in var værelset ikke klar og nøglen var ikke i boksen udenfor. Vi kunne ikke få fat i udlejer og rengøringen gik først i gang da vi endelig kom ind på værelset. Vi måtte vente på dette. Meget kaotisk. Anbefaler ikke. Dårlig start. Derudover var der noget underligt vand der sprøjtede ud på badeværelset hver gang man trak ud i toilettet. Måske lortevand?

• Laura (7/5): Vacanze Romane - Appartamento ben posizionato, molto centrale e vicino a molte attrazioni principali della città. Zona tranquilla, vivibile a tutte le ore e silenziosa. La host è molto disponibile e veloce a rispondere. L'appartamento fornisce molti servizi e comfort. Per un soggiorno come il nostro, di 4/5 giorni è una location più che adeguata. L'appartamento nonostante offra molti comfort potrebbe essere più curato in alcuni aspetti, come ad esempio il bagno che presenta alcune problematiche, come perdite dalla cassetta del wc e il doccino mal funzionante e incrostato dal calcare. Inoltre ci siamo accorte che nell'appartamento ogni tanto spunta qualche insetto di natura a noi sconosciuta; nulla di così insopportabile, ma darei comunque un'occhiata.
• Mikayla (8/5): cute super well located apartment - great location, friendly and sweet host (she is abroad though, just to be aware but she has staff on the ground and was usually available and very helpful), apartment clean and everything you need. showerhead was a bit broken, key pick up was with a few hickups but luckily we could get it sorted. eventhough there is an aircon and fan, they dont really cool down the room.

• Laura (9/5): Nice flat in the heart of Rome - The location was just perfect, the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The host was friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money. Would definitely stay again! There was a homeless man sleeping next to the entrance and was making a lot of noise during the night. The kitchen could have been cleaner.

• Kari (7/5): Nice apartment near everything you want to see - Excellent location. Nice atmosphere and style of an old house. Very suitable for a few nights trip to Rome, because you can walk to all the famous places like Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Vatican and also to lively Trastevere. Not luxus, but comfortable and clean. The kitchen needs some more equipments, for example a sharp knife for cutting the bread. A toaster would be nice too, and maybe the microwave oven. In our days there was a renovation project going on in the neighbour house that caused a lot of noise.

• Benito (8/5): Very well located studio close to Campo de Fiori in a quiet street - The apartment -or rather the studio- is centrally located close to Campo de Fiori, in the old part of Rome, in a pedestrian street. The space is right for one or two people. The kitchen is functional and has the basic appliances for having simple meals. The bathroom was clean and overall the place was clean. The studio is located in a quiet street, but close to a very lively and noisy square. Nearby there are many restaurants, bakeries, artisan shops and other temptations. The bathroom is small and the WC is uncomfortably located very, very close to the washbasin. The shower stall is a bit small. During one night, specifically a Monday at 2:00am, one neighboor downstairs started to fix a car right below the studio, with a very high noise -it was odd and I hope that this was an exception. Bear in mind that the studio is in a first floor with steps, in case you have bad knees or very heavy luggage.

• Paula (9/5): Wonderful Stay in Rome - This is a lovely spacious studio apartment , well equipped with everything you need . We loved it and had a great stay there as it Is so central we could walk to all the main sites. The square at night has a good choice of restaurants and cafes. The kitchen is well equipped and lots of items left for breakfasts We did not realise there was no air con but we were out most of the day and the nights were cooler and there was a fan so it was not a problem for us

• Sohail (8/5): Potential for improvement. Nice property though. - Location was good. Apartment is spacious. Comes with refrigerator and other kitchen items. Active pre meet up communication to get flight details and setup meeting time on site. Representative met at 1pm on site to allow luggage drop off inside apartment. While Initial communication was excellent, follow ups after handing over keys were slow. The key for main downstairs door worked, second key meant for upstairs didn't. Toilet (WC) not clean. Bed frame noisy in one room. One TV cable system not working. Apartment cleanup not completed till 3:45pm as compared to check-in time of 3pm. Representative who came in to give keys didn't know about availability of iron and table/stand. Upstairs door and hallway door not able to close completely thus loosing privacy and HVAC cooling. ACs were not turned ON when arrived and took a long time to cool down apartment. One AC out of three was turning off by itself and after getting no response from the representative of property, tried to review thermostat settings and figured out the issue. Note that stairs are the only access to apartment but not that difficult being on first floor (deemed as second floor for North American folks).

• Louann (5/5): Management is clearly in disarray! had to contact Booking.com to get the Wi-Fi password. when we left, we taped it to th - excellent location AC worked well lots of space nice kitchen clean bedding and pillows on bed plenty of towels provided mattresses very comfortable good hot showers no password left on premises and management would not return messages so didn’t have Wi-Fi for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. No silverware so couldn’t eat in Horrible communication with management! Gave us 3different names of who was going to meet us to let us in and none of them showed up. lucky the cleaning guy was leaving and let us in. No closet to use in second bedroom as it is piled high with cleaning supplies and equipment! Filthy memory foam pillow in one bedroom closet. covered in an oily black film. went to grab it to move it and it was disgusting. we left it next to the kitchen garbage hoping it would be hauled away. Filthy sofa bed in living room! had to cover it with clean sheets to sit on it. Needs replacing! Place needs repainting, especially the bedroom walls Tile floor is all broken up and consequently filthy as no way to properly clean it. It is a trip hazard. No full-length wall mirror for those of us ladies need when dressing😏

• Despoina (8/5): We loved our stay in Campo de Fiori! - the location was excellent, the beds and the sofa were very comfortable and the size of the apartment was very good too (we were 6 people). Both hair dryers did not work and we had an issue with warm water in the morning. It was ok at night however. On of the tiles in the living room was broken and most of us tripped in the hole but no one was hurt.
• Vance (9/5): Many thanks to my host for providing such a pleasant place to stay. - What a great location in an historic setting. Food, drink, shopping and of course historic rome were only steps away. The bathroom is tight, but I see it's impossible to fit a bigger one in a 1700's building.

You can walk to most of the sights in Rome quite easily, been many times and still find amazing things round every corner, we could quite happily move into this apartment and stay forever, we will be back 1 million per cent xx Leaving !
• Sari (3/5): Poor - Breakfast was a disapointment. We have to made it ourselves and take care of dishes. There were only toast but now toaster to warm it. The were flakes but now milk. No cheese, ham, eggs or vegetables or fruits.

There’s noises at night from the bars downstairs, but when you close the windows you hear nothing. The host is very nice. The apartment is perfect for a group of 5 adults. nothing!
• Sam (10/5): Perfect location - I've been in Rome many times and stayed in several places, this is one of the best options in my opinion. The location is just perfect. It's one of the most lively neighborhoods, but the apartment itself is very quiet and relaxing.

I heard from them- "we manage more than 100 properties"?! Very heavy leaking in the bathroom 1st day we met a handyman doing some repairs in the shower.
