• Victor (7/5): Logement très bien placé mais peu fonctionnel. - Le logement est idéalement placé. Il est propre et chaleureux. Hôte très gentil et disponible. Quasiment pas d'eau chaude du séjour. Il manque beaucoup d'équipements. Machine a lavée cassée. Pas de grille pain. Peu d'ustensiles, ce qui limite grandement les possibilités de cuisiner. Locataire du dessus bruyante.

• Charlotte (8/5): Fijn appartement met goede airco, en terras op geweldige locatie in de stad. - locatie was top! kan niet beter. rustige plek in een centraal deel van de stad. Said was erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken en dacht goed mee in het vinden van ene oplossing De waterdruk uit de douches viel tegen. Dit werd opgepakt, maar ook was het een probleem van het (oude) gebouw. Gezien de prijs die we betaalden wel jammer maar met mooie appartement en locatie maakte het goed.

• Lazenberry (9/5): Great spot and great host!! - This apartment was in a great spot. Even though we had to climb stairs, it was a great workout!! We got used to it as the week went on. The apartment was great. It had a great balcony and a piano! The host was easily accessible and supportive. He had a great little shop in walking distance. Really loved it! The wash machine would not clean our clothes. We ran it a couple of times, but it didn't do much.
• tracey (7/5): - Location was great and the host was very helpful and the apartment is large and comfortable To get to the apartment you have to climb 72 very steep stairs, as lift was out of action the whole time we were there Could not use the terrace as a cat was on the terrace as soon as we opened the doors and one of our party was allergic to cats
• Jennie (7/5): Recommend this place for location, size of living areas and terrace. Do not recommend if you are planning on doing a lot - Location A+, living areas larger than expected. Balcony would have been perfect spring or autumn. Said (the man looking after the property) was truly lovely to deal with. Helped us lug our bags up which was very welcome with the lift not working. This did not ruin our stay - only adding for complete review. Washing machine not working, lift not working (does not go all the way to the apartment anyway). The air con in the main bedroom stopped working while we were there so we slept in the lounge room as it was during the worst of the heat wave.

• Sandra (10/5): We were very lucky to find this spacious apartment in a great location. - We were very lucky to find this apartment. We booked our trip to Rome at short notice and the apartment had only just been listed on the site. The photos don’t do it justice. It is very comfortable and super spacious. It has two bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and a bathroom each, making it very private for couples. The terrace is very large and it looks over an open space which is unusual for this area in Rome. As the apartment is on the 4th floor (I think), we were protected from the street noises. The location is exceptional. Said, the manager, was super welcoming and responsive. The only downside is that the elevator wasn’t working (it’s planned to be fixed soon). But this wasn’t a problem for us as we usually take the stairs anyway. We will definitely book this apartment again.
• Benoît (8/5): Spacious and central flat in Campo dei Fiori - Amazing location in Campi dei Fiori. The apartment is in a historical building, is reallf spacious and has a nice terrace. Said was also very helpful and kind. We had a discount for the place which made it great value for money. Limited equipment in the kitchen (knives, basic cooking supplies, dishwasher was not working). Some of the towels and beddings were not clean. We also had some allergies in the mai bedroom which may be related to dust / humidity.
