• hull (8/5): - Very good location in a safe area. Great food near by and people living / staying for a long time are nice too. For the price it's pretty good. Aircon is a plus and works really well. Shower head in top floor needs work. Beds a little hard but you get used to it.

• Ishan (9/5): A great hotel for solo travellers looking for the Vietnamese city life experience. - The caretaker is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. As she only knows Vietnamese, she is patient with translations. It is located in District 10, which is about 25 minutes away from the airport, and about 15 minutes away from District 1. There is a bus stop as soon as you walk towards the main road. There are 24/7 stores, eateries, and its close to a public hospital so a lot of street food vendors come here during daytime. The Van Hanh Mall is extremely close by and it will take quite a while to explore everything! They even have a multiplex so you can check that out as well. The hotel is great for solo travellers who are not only looking for a budget accomodation in the heart of the city, but also who intend to explore HCMC in their own time and pace. Side note: If you also rent a motorbike, you can also park it inside the hotel space.

• Julia (6/5): Für den sehr günstigen Preis von etwa 8 € pro Nacht ist die Unterkunft für 1–2 Nächte mit wenig Gepäck akzeptabel, langf - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig, da sich die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße befindet. In der Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht. Beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich begrüßt und die Mitarbeiterin war trotz Sprachbarriere sehr bemüht. WLAN und Klimaanlage haben einwandfrei funktioniert, und es gibt ausreichend Steckdosen im Zimmer. Die Küche und die sanitären Anlagen waren leider häufig nicht sauber. Der Kühlschrank war stark überfüllt und kaum nutzbar. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den Fotos deutlich heller und offener als in der Realität – tatsächlich ist es recht dunkel und es gibt kaum Fenster nach draußen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und bietet kaum Platz für Gepäck, außerdem war die Matratze extrem hart. Unangenehm war auch, dass ein Fisch allein in einem kleinen Glas ohne Pflanzen oder Versteckmöglichkeiten gehalten wird. Zudem ist es unpraktisch, dass man nur bar oder per QR-Code bezahlen kann.

• TM34250 (10/5): Bien suffisant pour du sommeil - Confortable, chacun a son intimité. Les mini chambres sont propres, ainsi que les parties communes partagées. Fontaine d'eau (froide et chaude), salle de repos/ lecture et on peut se servir de la cuisine et du frigo. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants dans le quartier. Calme car dans une allée, climatisation impeccable. A 30 min en bus du district 1 l'arrêt de bus étant à 1 min de la guesthouse. Gentillesse de l'hôtesse d'accueil qui arrive à se faire comprendre quand bien même elle ne parle pas anglais ^^.

• SeungYeob (9/5): - 친절한 관리인 분이 좋았어요. 입출입 지문 등록 시스템도 좋고 공유 주방도 좋았어요. 마지막 날 퇴실 후 잠시 캐리어도 보관해주셔서 감사했습니다. 전체적인 위치도 나쁘지 않은 편이고 주변에 시끄러운 가게가 없어서 좋았어요. 샤워실과 세탁실 바로 앞 방이었는데 자정이나 새벽에도 빨래와 건조를 돌리는 투숙객이 있어서 시끄러웠고 바로 옆방과 방음이 거의 안돼요 위아래로 나뉜 구조라 서로 다른 방의 소리가 너무 잘 들리는 게 문제에요.

• Harald (10/5): Good location, good price. Comforatble with AC and privacy. Quite and Easy stay with good food aroun - Clean, Calm and Nice rooms. Could have used a more comfortable madress. The matress could be better But it works.

• Declan (10/5): Amazing place, favourite place I’ve stayed in Vietnam regarding privacy, price and cleanliness. - By far the cleanest hostel or hotel I have stayed in since travelling Vietnam. Genuinely feels as though you are in Japan, nice and quiet but still close to get a cheap grab to all the fun. Would absolutely recommend!
• Trang (9/5): Cozy stay with privacy - You have your own private room with a door and key to protect your belongings. Your room has its own AC. There are 3 bathrooms/toilets on each floor so you don't have to fight with anyone. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is not exceptionaly good however understandable and reasonable for the price

• Thuan (8/5): Great place with great service - Great location, cleanliness The door of room 104 is hard to close sometimes Good: washing machines and clothes dryer Could have been better: each floor should have a set of washing + dryer machines. If there only two machines of each kind and one of them is " female only" while there are 24 rooms in the house, the guests may be bothered and have to wait for their turn to use. Btw, thank you so much for great service from Ms. Na!
