Fue un poco difícil encontrar la numeración de la calle, pero nos comunicamos con Simone y en un minuto estuvo con nosotros y nos ayudó con las valijas. También lo hizo en el check-out. Todo perfecto
• Nicole Pothier (8/5): Bel appart au coeur de Milan - Notre hôte, Simon, était très prévenant et serviable et l'appartement était parfait. Situé dans un quartier vivant, avec de nombreux commerces. L'équipement de cuisine qui était un peu restreint.

• sam(chin-hsiang) Tseng (10/5): - 房東貼心親自迎接服務，地點離米蘭車站10-15路程或許搭地鐵2站，廚房設備齊全，備有咖啡，橄欖油，鹽，糖，附近超市多家,地鐵站近，洗衣機，最重要是有冷氣，對米蘭這是時後的溫度是非常重要的！ 浴室淋浴間稍微小一些，這地區確實常聽到救護車的聲音，但夜晚很安靜。
• Nuria (10/5): Excelente departamento en Milan - Nos encantó el departamento. Simone fue muy gentil. Nos esperó en la puerta del edificio y al entrar al departamento ( por ascensor) estaba superbien fresco, ya que nos agarró la ola de calor y hacia 37 grados afuera y lo tenía en perfectas condiciones!. Nos dio un respiro increíble encontrar el departamento tan fresco con el aire acondicionado. También nos dejó una botella de cortesía en la heladera que no parece gran cosa pero fue de agradecer porque llegamos exhaustos!!. También pudimos hacer una colada de ropa y nos vino fantástico. Las vistas desde el 6to piso son hermosas con sus grandes ventanales a la calle. Una noche se descompuso el ascensor y tuvimos que subir a pie 6 pisos andando, pero a la mañana siguiente Simone hizo todas las gestiones con la administración del edificio y lo vinieron arreglar a la brevedad!! Simone se encargó de todo y estuvo muy pendiente del inconveniente.
• hairdali122 (9/5): 舒適的米蘭公寓，機能都很完善！ - 1隱身在公寓式大樓裡，安全沒有疑慮，設備完整度又像一般住宅，設施都很新也兼具舒適。 2有洗衣機、廚房、熱水充足，回到公寓可以安心洗熱水澡，非常重要。 3生活便利，附近有超市、地鐵站，交通方便。 4公寓大廈裡晚間寧靜，適合休息，不會太吵雜。 5空調冷氣，夏天很重要。 6屋主的服務非常好！有耐心，也很熱心！ 床單和枕頭稍微有點油膩異味，但這不是什麼大問題，因為淋浴間裡面有洗乾淨可以自行更換的備份

• Mark (10/5): Fab locale, fab host, 11 out of 10! - Fantastic property and fantastic host. We stayed in Italy for 41 nights at 20 properties. Simone’s place was by far the best place we stayed. His attention to detail is 11/10! The bed was the comfiest, wifi the fastest at 430mbps, place the cleanest and there was everything we needed plus a back up to everything we needed! Washing machine was a bonus! Location was fantastic, 1 min away from metro station with 2 lines so you could go anywhere easily and a 10min walk to Milan Centrale or go via metro (2 stops). As other reviewers had mentioned, it is in a busy location re ambulance sirens going by in the night but as we had read those reviews, we used ear plugs and had no problem sleeping Couldn’t stay longer

• Kook-hwan (10/5): Very helpful host and perfect location - 1. Great location - 100m from Loreto station and only 500m from a large supermarket where you can buy fresh food. The central station is within a 15-minute walk or just two metro stations away. 2. Very kind and helpful service from Simone, the host of the property. He was always ready to help us. 3. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for 4-day stay in Milano.

He runs his business in a very professional way. A great example for others to follow. Everything in the apartment looks very nice, very clean and very well thought of. Very detailed, many things he thought of that could help make your stay comfortable, umbrellas, extra towels, soap, toilet paper, soap for washing machine, coffee, tea and many other details like subway map. We liked it so much we didn't want to leave the apartment! We also like the location.

• Mark (10/5): Wonderful apartment with a great host in an excellent location - perfect base for a visit to Milan - The apartment is well-situated at the historic Piazza Loreto, as across the road is the Loreto Metro, the intersection of 2 metro lines, so you can easily travel around the city from here (3-day metro pass for 12 Euro was a bargain). The apartment itself has excellent facilities, including a powerful shower, a very comfortable bed, air-conditioning, TV, WiFi, kitchen, plus a view of the square and the Monumento ai Martiri outside. Simone was an excellent host who met us at the metro, took us up to the apartment and gave us lots of useful information, including restaurant recommendations - he could not have been more helpful. We would happily stay here again! Nothing - everything was perfect
