• Andrew (9/5): Spacious apartment with beautiful city view - Fantastic, spacious apartment with a huge balcony with beautiful view of the city. Most of the bedding had stains.

• Katie (10/5): Would definitely recommend to everyone but give a heads up on where the keys kept! - The view and location were superb Finding the key that was padlocked to the fence was an absolute nightmare to find. Especially in the dark and as a tourist fresh from a flight. Even though it states hope st You can’t drive up the road because the train overbridge cuts the Rd off. Maybe you need to add that to the details of where to find the padlock.

Some extra towels would be helpful since you have a pool and are located next to southbank 2 person outdoor setting is not enough for 6 guests, and a mop to help keep clean would be good
• Linda (9/5): - Fantastic location,. We had a 3 bed, master & 2nd room good size, beds were comfy. Good balcony. 3rd bed had a bunk bed bit was squeeze to get past. Only 2 outside chairs on the balcony. Unit was set up more for 4 people than 6/7. Inspructions on how to use the aircon and microwave would be helpful.

Very upsetting with the before and after care. - Great location ( once you are there, getting into property in the dark was not straight forward and direction as to where key was left was not easy) Facilities were great Great views Had a lovely stay Being charged 500 dollar cleaning fee is definitely not worth doing air bnb and better off spending money towards a hotel. Also no extra towels for pool / sauna. Dirty floors - had black feet and sticky
• Erika (8/5): Excellent. - Fabulous location. Superb views. Found it difficult to negotiate the key collection and then access the carpark and building. If the keys were available for collection on the same section of street as the building, it would greatly simplify this process.
• Buma (6/5): well we were able to make due although 2 adults were unable to sleep well. - Location excellent, view is beautiful. appliances and kitchen well stocked, brand new, bathroom very good not exactly a 3 bdrm IT is clearly a 2 bedroom with a makeshift bd in hallway. Not appropriate for 6 adults. 4 max and 2 kids, the upper cots are not suitable for adults to sleep in. No room to walk around bed, in fact I am surprised it is legal to have a bed in that area.

• MARYJANE (8/5): Great location near lots of restaurants and cultural attractions. - Excellent location and large patio Check-in instructions were confusing and involved collecting the key at a different location. The mailbox for leaving the key involved a mailbox which could not be opened with the apartment key. Also the apartment was listed as a three bedroom but the third ‘bedroom’ was really a study which was very small with bed there and had no windows.

• Imogen (8/5): Great property, would book again though the check in instructions need to be simplified - Great location and price for a three bedroom apartment. The view is priceless! Very complex instruction regarding the lockbox, car park, check out and includes late fees for checking out late which is quite harsh (haven’t had that before)
• Tracy (5/5): Not 3 bedrooms - Lovely view. Close to town. Staff were very helpful. The property was listed as 3 bedrooms when one area is a study with a bunk stuffed in there. You can't open the cupboard nor can an adult climb up to the bunk as the roof is too low and there is no room between the wall and bed. Its definitely not a bedroom. Also it's listed for 6 people there is only a 2 seater table on the balcony and a 4 seater dining table inside and only a 4 seater couch. Not sufficient when U pay good money. Only 1 rubbish bag in kitchen and 1 dishwasher tablet. For ,over $2000 for 3 nights surely it's not too much to ask for enough rubbish bags for 3 days
• Alice (10/5): Great location, clean and tidy and well kept apartment with great amenities - Such a great location! Loved the view! The apartment itself was clean and tidy and well kept. The communication with the hosts was fantastic and I can't fault anything 😊 I would probably add a cheap vacuum for people with kids but other than that it was fab! Oh and decaffeinated coffee would have been a bonus as I couldn't find any in any shops except starbucks

• Colin (7/5): Great location with exceptional views but really only a 2BR apartment - The location and the views over the river were fantastic The 3rd BR is very small with no aircon or fans - it looks like it is a converted hallway/study. The location of the lock box needs to be reviewed to get something closer - it is over 200m away and you have to cross a busy road to get to it - if it was raining it would be terrible. The overhead fan in the 2nd BR does not work - plus the bookshelves at the head of the bed are poorly placed The kitchen only had bare minimum facilities- not enough plates if there were 6 plus wanting to eat together. No pod coffee machine - majority of places have them now and is inexpensive to provide. There was no dish rack for drying hand washed dishes and only one tea towel

• Destiny (9/5): The apartment is lovely and modern. Very clean. Location and views are amazing! The facilities are also great, pool, spa - Location was great. Views were awesome. *The top bunk bed mattresses were much to hard couldn’t sleep on them. *There was no broom or vacuum. *Instead of trying to squeeze bunk beds into the smallest room, you could put another single bed in the larger room with the bunk beds, making it 3 beds total and putting a smaller single bed in the smallest room so there is still room to walk around the bed.

• Andrew (9/5): Nice apartment with amazing views from balcony. - Nice apartment with awesome balcony & views. Comfy beds & couch. Pool was also amazing. Bed linen & pillow cases had stains when we arrived so looked dirty. Only one fob & key which was a bit of a pain as it meant we all had to meet up before entering building if we went separate ways.

• Head (6/5): Pleasant - The view. The beds were much too hard and gave us sore backs. There was no broom or vaccum for cleaning the floor and no cups or mugs in the kitchen.

• Katrina (1/5): Terrible Experience and would not recommend - The location and views were great. As soon as we got there, we sat on the beds. Comfortable beds are extremely important due to a back injury. We contacted the people straight away to advise that the mattresses were not going to be able to be slept on. We heard nothing. We were unable to sleep on the master bed. Instead, 2 of us had to sleep on the lounge, which did not accommodate 2 very well. The mattresses were freyed and very old, and felt like a wooden board. The bathroom shower was dirty and had black mould all through it. Tea towels were not provided , making it difficult to tidy up. The towels were thin and old. Minimal outdoor furniture, making it difficult to socialise on the balcony. All in all, for some, where that has a great view and good location, it could have been a 5 star experience. However, it was a 1 star. We had to leave early and incur the expense of finding accommodation the second night. We were out by 9am. The property contacted us and told us they would not refund the second night and that they had put a mattress topper on the mattress ( this would make no difference). They also advised us that people's taste in comfort levels varied. I do not, however, know anyone that would want to sleep on a mattress that felt like a park bench. The family that stayed with me also had the same experience in their beds My adult daughter woke with a sore shoulder, which she did not previously had, and my mother could barely walk due to her back being so stiff. We were not reimbursed. Terrible experience and would not recommend. Upon further inspection of the property on booking .com I noticed they have no reviews, which is concerning.
