• Kiala (10/5): Highly recommend this apartment. I’d definitely stay here again. - Perfect location! Centrally located to many of the attractions in Rome. Luca the host was very helpful and always available to assist and answer any questions we had. The apartment is adorable, with all the amenities we needed. We were 3 traveling together, it was nice that we all had our own beds. If trying to get here from Roma Termini it’s best to get a taxi. And Luca help set up our transportation to the airport which I highly recommend. It was worth the money for the convenience. Side note, it’s a bit noisy at night. But, I thought that added to the charm of being right in the middle of it all. Unlocking the apartment door was a bit tricky.

• Lori (10/5): - A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome, easy walk to everything. Our hosts met us with the keys at our assigned check-in. They were also very prompt and helpful responding to all our questions and made suggestions for restaurants, taxis, etc. The facility was spotless with very comfortable beds and a gorgeous bathroom. Kitchen facilities looked good but we ate out for every meal so didn't have need to use it. We would definitely stay again when in that part of Rome. Grazie Mille

• Darren (10/5): Brilliant trip to Rone greatly helped by a brilliant property - Everything, very clean & tidy, brilliant location close to all attractions, restaurants, cafes, etc…, great facilities including washing machine, nespresso machine, nice touch leaving washing liquids, pods, etc…, terraces outside bedrooms Very hot on terraces at times, perhaps a side shade, but I am probably being g very fussy lol!

Wonderful flat: every room has does onto a small Terrace, so it is light, airy. immaculate inside and looks like it was very recently totally rennivated so all the fixtures and fittings and Bathroom/ large shower are new. Airconditioning every room, TVa in all rooms, washing machine, coffee machine.. very friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a really great place.
• Margery (10/5): Best apartment in Rome! - The location is fabulous. It's in a beautiful, quiet apartment building on a narrow street near many restaurants, high couture retailers, a Carrefour supermarket, the Spanish Steps and the Spagna Metro station—only a few stops from the Vatican. The apartment is even better than in photos—the kitchen and bathroom are remodeled nicely. The AC is excellent with multiple units throughout the apartment. The hosts provided disposable slippers with the towel sets, which was greatly appreciated. There's a modestly sized washing machine in the bathroom and huge clothing drying rack out on the main balcony that we took full advantage of during our stay. With the summer heat, clothes dried quickly outside. My husband got hooked on the stovetop Bialetti espresso maker and we had to go buy one to take home. (The apartment also has an electric water kettle and coffee maker.) We stayed at three apartments in Italy and this was the best for our family of four. We felt like we were living like locals. Our hosts were very helpful, kind and considerate. Luca met us with the keys at check in, gave us some suggestions for places to visit and left us some large, much appreciated chilled bottles of water. Also, our hosts kindly arranged for a van to take us to the airport, which made things easier. Nothing. Everything was grand.

Somewhere quiet, clean and cool to retreat to but right in the heart of everything and easy walking distance to everything to love about the city. Check-in was seamless and facilities were just enough. Terrace massive bonus. We loved it.

We loved the fresh and clean rooms and lovely presented home for our 5 days in Rome… it is a perfect place to be close in the center for all sightseeing’s. We walked a lot but every time we came back to the apartment it felt like a little own home… safe and lovely placed in the city with roof terrace and everything you need to stay for a week or just longer… Layla and Luca are so lovely and always reachable for questions or informations. And the apartment is surrounded by delicious food places … top restaurants and it’s directly at the Spanish stairs..! • Nina (9/5): our week long stay was enhanced by the location and comfort of this apartment. - The location was ideal. The two terraces, since we had unusually warm weather in November, were great features. The bed was very comfortable. The layout was perfect for a couple with a 2nd small bedroom to use as a dressing room/den. We would have liked a microwave and some more bowls.

This is a great apartment and it’s very centrally located, with one of the best locations in Rome. The hosts, Luca and Layla, are both great. Super friendly and kind and treat you like family. Luca’s mother even came over and I got to meet her, which was a highlight, she’s wonderful as well. I highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Kitchen and cooking facilities with microwave and really nice to have plenty of coffee pods and an nespresso machine. Nice balcony to sit out on The second bedroom wasn’t as cosy as the main bedroom and unfortunately to get to the Bathroom you had to go through into the second bedroom
• Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, 2 steps from Spanish steps. Fully equipped kitchen with new utensils. A spacious terrace and a cozy balcony where we had breakfast in the morning. I really liked the interior design. This is not a standard rental apartment, soulless and cold, but a real home where you can feel like a local. Don't miss the bakery on the other side of the stree. They have pistachio croissants!

There is an extra sofa bed that can sleep more in the living/dining room area also. Terrace was very nice to sit in the mornings and afternoons. All amenities you can think of were readily available. Our host Alberto was so helpful and kind. No mirror at the exit or apartment . Other than that nothing to complain about
• Paolo (9/5): Amazing experience - I recommend it to whoever wants to enjoy the center of Rome. - Location is amazing. There is a beautiful terrace to enjoy as well. Details were taken care of and nothing was missing. The host, Alberto, was incredibly kind and took care of us impeccably. Parking is an issue, but this is due to the fact that the flat is located in a pedestrian area. No other negative points - whatever we asked for was immediately addressed.
