The bed was especially comfortable to sleep on! Would love to visit again. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing!
Cengiz (7/5): Solide Unterkunft mit unnötigen Schwächen - Erwartete Standart wurde erfüllt Der Check-in-Prozess hat unverhältnismäßig lange gedauert – rund 20 Minuten bis zur Aushändigung der Zimmerkarte. Im Vergleich zu mehreren anderen Hotels während der Reise war dies mit Abstand der langsamste Ablauf und wirkte unnötig kompliziert. Zudem wurde das im Zimmer bereitgestellte Wasser separat berechnet. In dieser Preiskategorie erwarte ich zumindest kostenfreies Wasser als Selbstverständlichkeit.

No está mal, pero el asiento del inodoro estaba dañado y los accesorios del lavatorio estaban manchados - el lavatorio no drenaba bien

When I asked for assistance to ensure they were email to the correct address it was explained that it takes 24 hrs to arrive and they never arrived. Disapointed with the service when I was seeking.

Yuting (8/5): Comfortable convenient stay that is value for money. - Friendly and helpful staff with a comfortable room that is value for money. Hotel is a bit tired now, the pool was only open 11am - 6pm so we didn't get a chance to use it. The handheld shower had mould around the nozzles so we didn't use it, only the rain shower which was a bit inconvenient.

Chang (7/5): - comfortable rooms and beds felt like i was sleeping in the clouds, very nice, very clean as you would expect from 5 star hotel. We walked to Multiplaza several times because we enjoyed that mall so much, so great location. Not near San Jose city center beware. Restaurant Pintos y Blancos was very good at Multiplaza. Free parking at hotel was easy. Check in and check out were very inefficient. There was a long line even with 3 counters open. I had to write down my home address, can't you just see that in my booking.com reservation? Chaotic front desk, staff seemed to stressed to be friendly. Do you really need to swipe my credit card at both check-in and check-out for refund of deposit? That info is also in my reservation already. Swimming pool was in the weirdest place, felt like you were swimming in the middle of the restaurant. View from swimming pool would have been nice if the windows were clean. We sat next to the swimming pool for a drink while our kids swam, but nobody came to us, i found only a printed piece of paper with cocktails without prices, we left after half an hour. There was also a bear-shaped cleaning sponge floating in the pool.

Corina (7/5): Nice staff, but the bathroom has seen better days. - Very nice staff. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there. While we were waiting, they brought us drinks and coffee on the house. Although the room was clean, the bathroom was not. The soap dispenser was defective, we couldn’t use it and the drainage was clogged. There was soap residue everywhere. Disappointing.

Deborah (10/5): A comfortable welcome after a long flight - The room was huge, the bed very comfortable, the location is great, very close to Multiplaza, the bathroom amenities. The free parking lot is great too! The breakfast is very expensive considering the options you get for a 5 star hotel. It was a bit basic. The breakfast room also needs some maintenance and dusting.
