The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Communication was smooth, and everything went perfectly. - Ikran (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing Poor customer service, property owner was not reachable to collect keys and used the excuse of not knowing the language to not answer calls/continue with messages. When arriving at the property, after finally being let in, there where a dozen people walking through smoking that were unaccounted for as property staff I assume were running around putting bed sheets on and this was hours after the arranged check in time. There were cigarette buds discarded around the room and the whole apartment smelt like a shisha cafe, my family didn’t end up staying here as the accommodation was just one big health and safety risk. I have tried to get a refund but the owner hasn’t even replied to booking.com to issue it, so please book at your own risk.

The hosts we’re very considerate of my personal situation and greeted us at the front gate with a big smile. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here
