• Christopher (6/5): Comfortable apartment. Would benefit from a few simple improvements - Good apartment, spacious rooms, good furniture Location: on a busy street so noisy for one bedroom. A little bit out of the centre of town. The kitchen facilities were a mixture of good and bad. Good: fresh coffee bean coffee maker; bad: microwave did not work properly and some basic implements lacking (fish slice, spatula). Wifi on the slow side.

• Niamh (9/5): - Super spacious and very comfortable. We used the couch as an extra bed and it was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and it is a short walk to the main lift with the bus right outside if needed. The ski storage room wasn’t great but otherwise everything was perfect
• Mårten (9/5): Väldigt mysigt, fräscht och charmigt boende på mycket centralt läge. - Perfekt läge, väldigt mysig och charmig taklägenhet. Snyggt, fräscht och modernt men ändå väldigt charmigt. Bra parkering 100 meter bort och bra service och kommunikation med ägaren. Det saknades element i det mindre sovrummet. Snöröjning och viss trafik störde lite tidigt på morgonen för den som sover lätt.
• Steph (6/5): Nice apartment, but lacking investment in ammenities - Great location, set up and decor. It’s a lovely apartment but lacking ongoing investment in the facilities for a long term stay. For example the washing machine and dishwasher both need upgrades and the shower is extremely old and challenging to get into. It’s a nice apartment, but given the cost it could do with some upgrades. Our ensuite shower also had a really bad smell which made it unusable - the landlords came to provide a temporary solution.

• John (6/5): It was ok, although I thought I was booking something much nicer. - Comfortable and clean It was not what I thought I booked. The pictures were scrambled with another property so I thought I was booking the better property. It was misleading. The views were only of streets. Not inspiring.

• Ena (8/5): Very good - Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Apartment is comfy and spacious equipped with everything you need. Location is amazing, really close to city centre, but it can be noisy during the evening due to traffic on the street. Parking is in parallel street, but there is no issue with unloading the stuff from car in front of the house. All in all, really good value for money :)

• Gil (9/5): The stay in the apartment was pleasant and comfortable and suited our needs (6 people). - The location of the apartment was quite close to the city center. There is a supermarket not far and a pharmacy not far away. Walking distance to the central ski lift is 15 minutes The apartment was spacious enough and beautiful. We liked its design. On the first night there was a problem with the heating of the apartment. The home owners brought a professional the next day and the problem was solved. The cleaning was not good enough. There was dust in the bedrooms and the kitchen floor was sticky. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. Car Parking was in a parallel street. We will return this apartment if we visit Kitzbil again.

• Jaynie (8/5): We had an incredible stay and would come back again! - We liked the spacious rooms, the washer dryer and dish washer. Bathroom was a bit difficult to shower in. Very loud if people are staying in the apartment above and beside.
• Susan (5/5): Central location but very disappointed with the apartment. - Central location also opposite the ski bus stop. Views from the apartment and terrace are beautiful. Management company kept in touch at all times. Very good check in/ out information. This property looks very glamorous online but don’t be fooled, it is worn out and needs a refurb. We didn’t pay too much so put up with it but we had a huge issue. The one bedroom with a shower had a disgusting smell coming from the shower that was so bad that my son could not sleep in the bedroom even with the window open in December. We reported this and was told that the housekeeper would come and sort it as something in the drain hadn’t been Inserted correctly. Despite their visits nothing changed. My son slept all week on the sofa. This issue needs to be resolved asap as the price for this apartment rises significantly in the next few weeks. On the first day a member of our party walked to the kitchen and got a big splinter in his foot from the wooden floor which is split in a number of places. This wasn’t the start that we had envisaged before skiing. Be warned there is only one toilet for three double bedrooms and that there are two flights of stairs without a lift up to the apartment. The bathroom has a corner bath with a shower and it is dangerous to get in and out of the shower on the tiles when wet. This too needs remodelling and an extra toilet could be easily included. The location is great for the town and skiing but the main road outside is very noisy with both traffic and late night revellers and it was noisy.
• Marina (10/5): It was a great place to stay. - It is big, lots of room! Also, great location! It was a bit cold in the night, but I didn’t want to turn on the heating. Some extra pillows and duvets would be nice.
