O apartamento é muito bom, espaçoso, confortável, bem arejado e tinha TUDO que precisávamos para passar nossos 13 dias. O zelador Sergio e esposa sempre muito atenciosos. Pertinho da praia e a brisa do mar estava sempre presente. Recomendamos!! Sugiro trocar a pá de lixo e colocar escova para vaso sanitário.

O proprietário Vicente muito atencioso e o porteiro Sérgio uma pessoa ótima. Ótima localização. Apartamento bem espaçoso e pra quem tem criança tem uma pracinha muito boa na frete do prédio
