Ntombi (9/5): Service was beyond expectation. - On our arrival one of the gentlemen assisted us to off load our bags from the car, Very humble and respectful gentlemen. Mabongi was so friendly from day one i made the bookings , she accommodated my sister at no cost. the room was nice and warm for my condition, heater blanket and under carpet heater. The place is neat and clean from outside, bathroom is the top notch. She made it a point that we get everything we needed. TV interrupted my sleep during the middle of the night it rebooted itself and i tried to switch it off with the remote with no success, i had to wake up and switch it from the plug, I tried to switch to 157 and only to find out that it was not loaded and I had no choice but to stuck with SABC1.
