• Kim (1/5): Highly disappointed. Ruined family holiday. - Location was great. The apartment was filthy. Tampons and rubbish under the beds. Drawers and cupboards with open or close. Drawers randomly opened by self. Shower head was corroded away. Beds were the most uncomfortable things ever. The mattresses were so bad, my husband had cramps in legs because of pressure on hips from mattress. My children (who normally sleep anywhere) were so uncomfortable too. My back was killing me. We ended up sleeping on the filthy floor. Contacted owner after 1 failed night of sleeping - failed to help and blocked our calls. Bookings.com offered 15% compensation, but have not seen any compensation at all.

• Carole (9/5): Great location and balcony. - Great Location, facilities, towels, shampoo / conditioner balcony , lots of hot water, easy to locate and organise , great directions, fantastic communication and friendly host. Big double room and even had a washing machine in the bathroom. There was lots of tea, coffee , sugar and even nice towels. Pillows need new ones asap. , some little extra housekeeping nothing to major just some good deep cleaning and some more blankets.
