• Danet (3/5): - Appartement bien placé. ATTENTION ARNAQUE ! Appartement en mauvais état ( voir photos ). Salle de bain délabrée : -carlage de la douche défoncé -évier avec bonde cassé l'eau coule parterre -poignée cassé.dans un des appartements impossible de sortir de la salle de bain -Évier de la cuisine avec une fuite d'eau dans le tuyau gamelle en dessous pour éviter que cela coule sur le sol. -grille de la hôte dégondé -porte d'entrée donnant sur la rue qui ne ferme pas à clé !!!! Contact de la personne qui gère l'appartement casi impossible ! Il a répondu seulement une seule fois à nos nombreux appels et messages pour me mentir ! En disant que les dégâts venaient d'arriver alors qu'on a retrouvé des commentaires de précédents locataires (et photos a l'appui) qui prouvent que ces dégradations sont bien plus vieilles que cela ! Bref une arnaque à fuire !

A casa não estava cuidada, quando chegamos a sala estava quase inundada, tinha uma rachadura no teto de onde caia água e molhava tudo, tivemos de colocar um balde. Na casa de banho tinha um azulejo completamente partido. A porta da entrada tinha código mas a porta não fechava. No geral ficamos desiludidas...

Dans un des appartement un des lits doubles ne fait que 120 de large ce qui n'était pas indiqué ( petit pour 2 personnes). Un grand carreau de faïence cassé dans la douche et dépassant du mur, l'eau chaude pas toujours disponible dans un des logements malgré une chaudière murale ( l'eau chaude pouvait s'arrêter en pleine douche) et une vitre cassée dans l'autre appartement ( lorsqu'il y avait du bruit on entendait comme si la fenêtre était ouverte)

Poêles pas pour cuisinière induction, donc inutiles et une seule casserole ! Pas plat pour four ! Pas lave linge mais sèche linge, contrairement à l’annonce qui est donc mensongère. Peu de couverts. Pas de carafe, cafetière à tenir le temps que coule le café… Placards ferment mal, planches caches pas fixées tombent sur les pieds et par terre. Prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas dans chambre. Rideau Velux chambre ne ferme pas : pile jour dans les yeux. 11 Lattes lit défaites => mal dos. Matelas très mou en plus. Mauvaise fermeture porte douche. Robinet sdb gauche coule mal. Lampe cuisine ne fonctionne pas. Lits chambre haut 30 cm entre sommier et poutre… parfait pour les têtes. Chewing-gum collé sur la table de chevet chambre haut Connexion HDMI. VIDAA ne fonctionne pas.

• Eddie Christian (1/5): APPT À DÉCONSEILLER AUX FAMILLES AVEC ENFANTS. ÉQUIPEMENTS DÉFAILLANTS ET PROPRIO DE MAUVAISE FOI - L'emplacement 1. Appartement situé au 2e étage sans ascenseur, à déconseiller aux personnes adultes, familles avec enfants et ceux qui voyagent avec plus d'une valise. 2. L'entrée principale au rez-de-chaussée, bien que muni d'un code d'accès, ferme mal. On peut y accéder en poussant, même quand on a fermé fort. Souci avec la sécurité. 3. Le chauffage dans les chambres est mort. Les chauffages électriques installés pour dépanner sont très faibles et insuffisants. Nos 4 enfants, dont trois mineurs, été obligés de dormir chaudement habillés. Malgré cela, ils ont passé 2 mauvaises nuits dans le froid. 4. Le chauffage du salon marche par intermittence. 5. L'eau chaude est inexistante : ni au coin cuisine, ni au lavabo de la salle de bain, ni dans la douche. Nos enfants ont fait 2 jours sans se laver, car l'eau de la douche était glaciale. Et nous-même, on était obligés d'utiliser des gants de toilette humectés pour nous assurer un minimum de propriété. 6. L'emplacement d'évacuation de la douche dégage une odeur nauséabonde et très incommodante. 7. Le propriétaire est d'un manque de courtoisie, non collaboratif et manifestement de mauvaise foi. Tous les constats sur les équipements ont été portés à sa connaissance dès notre arrivée le 1e jour, mais sans réaction de sa part. Après une 2e journée entière à l'appeler et lui écrire sans réaction de sa part, il nous répondra le soir que nous n'avions qu'à partir si nous n'étions pas content de l'hébergement. Évidemment, il avait déjà encaissé son argent qu'il a farouchement refusé de rembourser... Ainsi, sur les 6 jours payés, nous n'avons été logés que 2 jours et avons perdu 4 jours, soit 832 euros. Nous avons préféré sauver la santé de nos enfants. HÉBERGEMENT A DÉCONSEILLER ET PROPRIÉTAIRE CYNIQUEMENT DE MAUVAISE FOI.
• Layla (3/5): - Lokatie was prima en dat was het dan ook. De centrale verwarming deed het niet. Verder stond het appartement te vol met overbodige spullen. Gordijnen die los hingen. Het is erg jammer dat de eigenaar niet genoeg aandacht besteed aan de inrichting. Kleine moeite en krijgt er veel voor terug. Advies laat er eens iemand met oog voor inrichting nakijken en zorg dat je techniek op orde is.
• vito (8/5): Buona - La posizione era ottima vicina a metro e fermata del pullman, era accogliente, grande e il riscaldamento funzionava più che bene, era un'appartamento molto vivibile e 6 persone ci siamo stati benissimo dentro per 1 settimana, I letti erano un po' scomodi ma comunque buoni, la cucina era poco provvista di pentole e tegami per cucinare (noi eravamo un gruppo italiano) 4 piani di scale erano davvero molto pesanti e nell'ingresso c'erano i bidoni del negozio di fianco che puzzavano molto e impuzzonivano tutta la tromba delle scale, Purtroppo ho chiesto aiuto al padrone di casa ma non mi ha neanche risposto sulla chat di booking, ma non fa niente alla fine abbiamo risolto da soli.

• Petra (5/5): Wohnung benötigt dringend Aufmerksamkeit! - Schöne zentrale Lage, nähe U-Bahn, Wlan inklusive, Badezimmer eigentlich ganz schön Hauseingangstür ohne Schloss, also Treppenhaus für Jeden zugänglich, Steile Treppe, kein ausreichendes Licht im Treppenhaus, Vorhänge hängen teilweise herunter, manche Steckdosen funktionieren nur, wenn Deckenlicht eingeschaltet wird, Stühle nicht gerade bequem, Hutzen könnten mal gewaschen werden. Matratze schmutzig, wurde herum gedreht, so dass man direkt auf den Sprungfedern schlief, dies geht gar nicht und ist sehr beschäment, übel riechender Abflußgeruch aus der Dusche, Toilettensitz nicht richtig befestigt, Heizung kalt, nur 2 Elektro-Heizungen sind nicht ausreichend, was im November bei 6-8° nicht gerade gemütlich ist.

O quarto fica no terceiro andar e para quem anda com malas e, como o espaço não tem elevador, acho que faltou ser claro quanto a esta informação porque faz diferença.

• Martin (3/5): Gute Lage, Apartment benötigt neue Ausstattung - Gute Lage in Saint-Gilles mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in Laufnähe. Kein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe. Ausstattung des Apartments eher minimalistisch und Möbel mit niedriger Qualität. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es kein warmes Wasser und keine Zentralheizung. Probleme wurden adressiert, aber leider nicht gelöst.

• Silvia Marchant (8/5): Buena opción precio-calidad - Las vistas que tenia a la iglesia y también que estaba reformado. La ducha no tenia la presión suficiente para el agua caliente, por lo que era incómodo ducharse. Y la cama principal era muy antigua.

No habia ni un armario para dejar la ropa. • sylvie (4/5): À rénover - La situation le quartier est sympa exelente boulangerie ds la rue, l'appartement est vaste et propre mais Le forfait de 40veuros en plus du nettoyage à 60 euros pose question. Alors pour cette somme je suggère de faire réparer le double vitrage cassé de nettoyer le Siphon du lavabo, de mettre une prise pour la lampe de chevet de la chambre de droite, de changer la lunette des WC qui ne tient pas et d'inverser le rebord de fenêtre de la douche pour qu'il reste à sec après la douche et peut-être une armoire correcte dans les chambres ... En fait il n'y a pas de balcon juste des porte fenêtre sur un garde Corp Bref un appartement qui a besoin d'entretien.

Non mi é piaciuta la posizione dell’appartamento al 2’ piano, a cui si accede con una scala scomodissima. Nel piccolo e striminzito ingresso dalla strada sono depositati dei maleodoranti bidoni per la spazzatura. Un fast food che ha accesso anche dall’ingresso del palazzo emana un cattivo odore di fritto che risale negli appartamenti sovrastanti dove ristagna. L’appartamento sembra molto trascurato sporco. Le fodere bianche delle sedie sono macchiate di unto.

• Didier (8/5): Dans l'ensemble, tout s'est bien passé - L'emplacement était très apprécié, près des arrêts de métro et des bus, offrant la facilité de se rendre à la gare du Midi à pied. La porte d'accès au bâtiment n'est pas en bon état.
• Meta (9/5): - New Cozy apartment est à un très bon emplacement. Tout aux alentours vous trouverez les bus, les Métro très facilement pour vos déplacements. Il y a des grands supermarché pour vos approvisionnements. L'hôtel est très disponible en cas de besoin. Il faudra juste améliorer la porte d'entrée. Mettre un catalogue pour le fonctionnement de la machine à laver et à sécher.
• Delphine (8/5): - Le style de l'appartement et sa déco, sa belle salle de bain, ses grandes fenêtres et sa luminosité, sa chambre en angle à deux fenêtres, le fait d'être à côté d'une ligne entre un parking à la périphérie pour laisser gratuitement notre voiture et le centre, de pouvoir aller vite au centre ville, d'avoir une vue dégagée sur l'église et la place. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix près de zone plus chers. Le bruit la nuit sur la place avec les gens dehors alors que nous avions besoin d'aérer car il faisait très chaud (si fenêtres fermées: plus de gêne), les 2 étages très hauts à monter avec les valises, les revêtements adhésifs sur la table... quelques rideaux ne s'ouvrant pas bien (rail un peu cassé), une fenêtre donnant sur une trouée avec mauvaises odeurs à cause de pigeons, les odeurs de fritures du fast food du rez-de-chaussée qui remonte dans la cage d'escalier.

• CateMacdonald (1/5): - The apartment is in a central location and we appreciated the heads-up about it being on the 4th floor with no lift. We were prepared for the climb and the space itself was clean and generally well-presented. It could be a decent option for short stays if you’re traveling light and don’t mind stairs. I stayed here overnight with two others and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. While we knew the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift, we weren’t expecting multiple steep flights between each level — something to keep in mind if you're traveling with international/heavy luggage. The amenities were minimal: tea and coffee were provided, but the selection felt random and there was no milk available. Not a huge issue, but worth noting. The biggest concern, however, was the shower. Water pressure was extremely low, and the temperature never got beyond a cold drizzle This made basic comfort difficult. This is a fundamental amenity that should have been addressed before offering the property for rent. It requires immediate attention before future guests are hosted..

Appartement propre, spacieux, moderne, lumineux. - appartement de charme, assez spacieux, bien décoré, conforme à la présentation. bonne literie. salle de bain moderne et lumineuse. Excellent contact et disponibilité de l’hôte. fascicule d'accueil mis à disposition (même si les infos ne concernent pas toutes l'appartement situé jean volders...;) comme l'indication d'un parking proche...) l'absence de climatisation (pas de chance, canicule) rendait nécessaire l'ouverture des fenêtres or le quartier est très animé, très tard et très tôt (installation du marché plusieurs jours par semaine, bennes à verre pour les nombreux bars). nuits courtes et peu reposantes.

Staircases are too small with unstable wood balustrades,this is not safe, especially when carrying loads. Inside, The wooden floor is dirty and sticky on the feet when walking barefoot. The apartment has been repainted with some renovations in the kitchen. The apartment is smelling bad. The bed and bedding are poor quality. So, not a good experience. I regret my money

• Telmo (1/5): Disappointing - The location. The building is old, the apartment's floors and staircases are made of old wood. The handrails throughout the building are extremely low; a real fall hazard for tall people like me. There's no elevator; for those staying on the fourth floor and carrying several suitcases, it's a real ordeal! The building's main door closes with difficulty. The apartment had a strange smell that seemed to be coming from one of the drains. To top it off, we were locked in the room because the key stopped working. We were forced to call the employee who helped us free ourselves from the room. We were locked inside for over an hour. The stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom are extremely steep and short, with a high risk of falling. If you value comfort and security, I do not recommend this property!
• Philippe (7/5): Point de chute un peu bruyant - Emplacement central proche de la gare, des transports, des sites touristiques et des commerces. Appartement clair avec une salle de bain spacieuse et agréable. Contacts avec le loueur faciles. L’avantage de l’emplacement constitue aussi un inconvénient : parvis avec de nombreux cafés, animé tard la nuit : usage de boules Quiès, bouchons d’oreilles, systématique et garder les fenêtres fermées empêchant le rafraîchissement de l’appartement. Équipements de la cuisine un peu juste quand on séjourne plus de 3 ou 4 jours et qu’on veut cuisiner. Pas de mode d’emploi des appareils (peur de faire des bêtises et abîmer). Pas compris comment l’écran fonctionnait, si c’était une TV : pas utilisé. Il faudrait préciser que c’est au 3ème étage dans un immeuble où les hauteurs sous plafond ne sont pas à 2,50 m : ça monte « raide ».
• Meral (6/5): A nicely furnished, expensive house in a bad neighborhood with a bad smell. - The furniture was not bad. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Everything you could want was there. The hotel was in what I thought was a bad neighborhood. We stayed two nights. Both nights, we listened to fighting until dawn. We were warned to be careful walking on the streets at night. There was a coffee machine, but the lack of a single coffee capsule was ridiculous. The price was already quite high for the location. There was also a foul sewer or drain smell in the living room.

• Victor (3/5): Cozy is generous but accurate in contrast to the surrounding neighborhood. Very misleading. - Booking.com was quick to respond with the code for the door access and instructions on getting the key… though everything was in French. There was no balcony as advertised, the fridge/freezer had no power, a weak mini fridge was provided instead. There was no AC. The neighborhood is filthy and noisy at night (lots of drunks shouting) The laundry machine was broken. There was a raw sewage smell coming from the washroom. The entry door looked older than the building with graffiti tags all over. Expensive for what you get.
• Davinia (8/5): Very good - Newly renovated apartment, very comfortable for a family with 3 kids. The kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. Nicely decorated, air conditioning, beautiful view of the church. Note: 4 floors without elevator, so not great if you have mobility issues or have very young kids

• Nikhilesh (1/5): Boiler not working and no pressure for shower, a constant problem - - [ ] First call at 1007hr spoke for 2mins - [ ] 1032hr sent all WhatsApp messages with a picture - [ ] 1043,1047, 1053, 1057 - no answer - [ ] 1058hr called booking.com - told them about toaster, shower, extra Lenins and towels and etc - [ ] He responded at 1118hr after booking.com wrote to him - and claimed boiler is working. - [ ] 1120hr spoke on WhatsApp call and Sam asked me to checkout and booking.com will refund me. Also said, he’s a busy man and can’t be on phone all the time, and instead lied to booking.com that he’s answered all my queries and already spoken to me. - [ ] When challenged about toaster he said to quote ‘fucking guests, fucking previous guests’. Appalling service.

• Amanda_w (8/5): Spacious apartment. - Great location right near Sth/Midi train station, with a few good supermarkets near by. We had some challenges with the hot water. Pressure was not enough, and we had to leave the hot tap on in the sink to get the boiler to work. We explained to our host, who moved us to a different apartment, but then the new apartment didn't have a washing machine, which was a nuisance.
• Juan (5/5): To expensive for what it is. - My apartments is in the 4th floor. The description say have washing machine and dont have . No elevator, problems with hot water and pressure, bad odors come from bathroom
• Joyce (7/5): Good - The apartment is next to Midi station in Brussels, very convenient, good communication from the host. The heating I don't know how it would be in winter. Otherwise we enjoyed the apartment

• Aruna (8/5): Lovely apartment for a group stay - Good location There was an electrical problem- we could not get into the building which caused some stress. Also on arrival day the property had not been cleaned. This was rectified efficiently but probably not the best start to our stay.
• Sarah (7/5): Beautiful apartment once inside - 4th floor with no lift so be mindful if traveling with luggage. - Apartment itself was very clean and modern - beautiful bathroom and views Initially no hot water as system was turned off. Booked for 5 people and bedding only provided for 4. The stairwell was very smelly due to rubbish at the ground floor. Some appliances not connected.
• David&lorraine (8/5): Overall very happy - Clean, close to everything, comfortable beds (except pillows) with good shower hot and good pressure. Host was very responsive to all enquires. Pillows were not really pillows they were throw cushions in pillow cases and were quite uncomfortable. Word of caution, lots of stairs to reach apartment 2.

• Leon (8/5): Very comfortable. - In principle the code system is perfect. Unfortunately, the power was down, but Sam really was helpful. Some maintenance on plumbing is in place, but that was already announced. Not a real problem.
• Nikhil (7/5): Good apart from kitchen appliances - Great location for bars and lots of public transport options (watch out for pick pockets). Apartment was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the kitchen appliances. Fridge freezer was broken and a small fridge with tiny freezer was added to the kitchen. There was no dishwasher, washing machine didn't work properly.
• Isha (7/5): We had a great stay with a few minor hiccups. But the every thing else was pretty good. - The apartment was really nice. It had a modern interior. Bed was really comfortable. Apartment was clean and organized. The view from the windows was also lovely. Airconditioning was not a problem for us since we came on a cold rainy month, but might be needed in the summer time. Over all, we had a great stay. The steps going up the apartment was steep. We had quite a hard time bringing our big luggages up the stairs. We arrived late in the evening due to our flight schedule, but was able to go inside the apartment with the given codes. But when we went out to go eat in a nearby restaurant and returned, the main door wouldn't open. It was already 1AM and it was a cold night. Tried calling the property manager several times, but did not answer and put me on voicemail. We were quite scared because there was a lot of drunk and unsheltered people passing by staring and trying to talk to us. Thankfully, the property manager called us back, gave us new codes (that still did not work), but he sent another person to help us open the door that apparently was locked from the inside, so we had to wait again. They were apologetic enough anyway. So it was all good. The location at night was a bit precarious, but in the morning it was lovely, especially the market in the morning. The smell of the baked goods and food was amazing. A few more suggestions for the property is to fix the washing machine, since it kept stopping in the middle of the cycle. Definitely a bidet shower installed in the future for people that is not satisfied with just wiping. And entering from the main door, you are surprised with the smell of the garbage that they kept on the side of the door, I hope they would at least put a cover/divider since there was also a steep fall in front.

• Fuzzy (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment itself was clean, a good size and had everything needed. Noisy Noisy Noisy. We did not have 1 good nights sleep as the area the apartment is in was very very noisy. Traffic noise early morning and late afternoon into early evening constantly tooting there horns. Late evening from the restuarants and bars in the area. Drunk people arguing and fighting at the front of the church across the road late at night.

• Katie (5/5): Broken bed, bad communication and lively area - Location is centralish and views are lovely, quirky and very clean small apartment, nicely renovated One of the “large double beds” was a small double with a broken and bent matteress so completely unusable. The WiFi was terrible so unable to get messages to the host during the short stay. It’s a vibrant area and was very very noisy until way past the early hours so perhaps as a family we aren’t the ideal customers The stairs to the flat are step and the entrance hallway has a huge drop so not entirely safe. A week after the stay we are still waiting to hear back from the owner on the bed situation
• Sonali (4/5): Overall not happy due to the apartment being on 3rd floor. - The apartment was clean and well done. The location was good. The apartment was on the 3rd floor without any elevators. I had mentioned earlier already that I am travelling with Old parents and needed apartment which should be accessible. It was very difficult for my parents to climb up. We had to leave the apartment next day and find another place as my father was unable to climb back again . It would be great to have transparency on which floor the apartment is and also there is no elevators should have been clear. It is a great apartment for young people with not much baggage.

• Ailsa (9/5): Great location & great host! - Location is absolutely brilliant & Sam was great at always keeping in touch. Checking in was efficient and easy with great instructions. Checking out instructions was also clear and 11am check out is always great. Fans provided in the apartment which was also helpful due to the heat. Another toilet would have been useful as it slept 8 people - 1 toilet isn’t always the easiest with that many people. A thicker pillow on the beds might have been better also!

• Chris (3/5): Place had potential, but we left disappointed based on some of the issues. - Nicely decorated with a nice view of a church and square. Good location to metro. Close to grocery store. Refrigerator was broken so our groceries went bad. When we sent a not to the host we didn’t get a response until the next day. The issue was not resolved during our stay. The washer also seemed to be having issues. Additionally, while the location was nice is also was meeting for some protests directly outside the window late into the night (think loud chanting/screaming, fires, police in riot gear) We have no idea how often this happens in the square outside, but for us it resulted in a sleepless night.
• Phochana (6/5): Ok stay. Beautiful apartment and great location but lacking basic amenities. - Great location. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Fridge was not working and no one came to look at it despite us messaging as soon as we arrived. Pillows are very thin. No amenities at all even if it was listed on booking. Washing machine kept stopping every few minutes so a rapid cycle of 30 minutes took over 3 hours.

• Ashura (10/5): Exceptional - We planed a girls trip of 4 days and after much looking on the internet we came across this beautiful Apartment that capture our hearts and answered to our every needs, that was Cozy Apartment . It's located near a Metro Station, Bus Stops, Restaurants, shops, Super markets, and there's even à Church in the area. Everything is near by. The Apartment has everything you need. A Kitchen that with all you need to make you feel at home , there is nothing missing. Two large bedrooms, à Dinning Room and à sitting Room with the lastest TV. New Cozy Apartment in my view is on à lever of à 4 0r 5 Stars Aparthotel.
