• Sebastian (6/5): Good but not as expected. Not sure if I would recommend it to someone else. - Good location and in general the apartment was good. Enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen very good if you want to cook. It was very hot in Milan during our stay and the AC was not working properly. We reported on our first day and until the last day they were not fixed. Sleeping in the nights (5 in total) was impossible due to the heat. They provided some ventilators after we requested but the customer service through WhatsApp was very slow and sometime unresponsive. For the price that we paid, you would expect a much better prepared apartment. We couldn’t even use the second floor as it was impossible to be there due to the very high temperature. Like a Sauna!

• sabrina (10/5): Toller Mädelsausflug in einer genialen, sauberen und modernen bd Wohnung! - Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft! Die Terrasse ist genial und in der Wohnung hat es alles, was man braucht! Auch in unmittelbaren Nähe hat es gemütliche Kaffes und Lebensmittelladen. Wir wären alle gerne länger geblieben und hätten das dolce far niente auf der Terrasse genossen!!!

• Andreas (4/5): Kurze Zeit ja, längers (5 Tage) nein - Möbel, Räumlichkei Kälter, kein warmes Wasser, weder im Bad noch Küche etc. Mechaniker konnte das Problem auch nur kurzfristig beheben.

• Fred (9/5): - Die Wohnung liegt perfekt mitten in der City von Mailand, mit direkter Nähe zum Dom. Andere attraktive Viertel wie Brera und das Kanalviertel sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in der 5 Etage (Penthouse) und in einem Wohnviertel und ist damit sehr ruhig.
 Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, aber im Winter nur ein bedingter Mehrwert, auch wenn der Wintergarten beheizbar ist.
 Die Wohnung besteht aus einem zentralen großen Wohnzimmer, einer großen Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern 2 Bädern und einer Gästetoilette auf der 5 Etage, sowie einem weiteren Bad auf der Dachterrasse, und bietet ausreichend Raum für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig mit ersten Verschleisserscheinungen (Riss in dem Sofa und abgelöste Tapete in einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist entsprechend.
 Uns hat die Dokumentation zur Wohnung gut gefallen und geholfen. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Wohnungsübergabe, durch einen jungen Mann, der scheinbar weder Zeit noch Lust hatte. Beispiel Klimaanlage: Statt einer kurzen Einweisung hat er durch wahrloses Herumgeschalte an der zentralen Einheit alles verstellt, statt einfach eins der Handteile zu nutzen.
• Christian (9/5): Appartement au top. A 10 - 15 min du centre de Milan. - L'appartement est bien situé (à 10-15 min du centre), bien équipé. Très propre. La literie était juste parfaite. Nous avions reçu un message via Watsap avec le nom du contact sur place. Nous avions convenu d'une heure bien précise. La personne est arrivée dans les 5 min. Top rapide et efficace. Il y a un petit magasin à 3 min. Un barbier à 1 min qui est au top. Alors, il y a un petit café qui fait le coin (ou les locaux viennent prendre leur café), nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner a un prix très raisonnable, et un personnel très agréable. Beau séjour à Milan. Nous étions 5 adultes (pour 6 adultes, je dirais que les 2 petits lits c'est pas top).
• Raed (10/5): the best there is - the apartment is so spacious, contemporary, stylish. i loved it definitely will stay in it next time i am in milan. staff are super. they responded to all of our needs in no time, anytime. thank you guys for the italian hospitality. although the building had an elevator, it was too small. the security system that it has, makes it little old. but overall it is not a dealbreaker

• Francisco (10/5): Departamento altamente recomendable y con muy poco mas seria impecable. - El departamento es excelente. Muy comodo, amplio y muy bien ubicado. Podria estar un poco mejor equipado en la vajilla de la cocina. Faltaban tazas, Se alquilo para 5 que entran mas que comodos pero habia tazas para 4 solamente. Los platos grandes no entraban en el lavavajillas. Este comentario no desmerece que es un apartamento excelente y quizas el mejor en el que hemos estado.
• Annabel Hauge (9/5): Vi trives godt og bor der gjerne igjen. - Veldig fin leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet. Burde vært flere håndklær. Det ene toalettet står å renner hele tiden, og det var problemer å trekke ned. Så at dette var en tilbakemelding fra flere andre, synes det er noe som burde vært fikset etter så mange meldinger.
• Daniel (8/5): Overall was a very beautiful apartment but the aircon issue and luggage storage put a damper on the whole experience. - The apartment was clean , very spacious, a few minutes walk from Duomo . Very nice and big terrace . The Airconditioning in the rooms did not work as well as the lounge and terrace one. Was extremely hot as a result the 2 boys & my husband slept in the lounge as just couldn’t sleep in the rooms. Did call management to come and have a look. They did but was exactly the same . Should also maybe consider a luggage storage service at the apartment . Checked out at 11am pickup was only at 2:30 to the airport , it was Sunday everything in the area closed so 5 of us sat on the sidewalk waiting for our transport . Not ideal .

• Gabriel (9/5): The apartment is very comfortable. We were five people and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and the terra - The apartment is very well located and equipped with everything you need. Some streets were closed, making it difficult to access by car during our stay.

Good and clean furniture and aesthetics. - we had no control over temperature controller inside room and main hall so at night, bedrooms used to become much warmer. During evening,and morning main hall use to become much colder. When we called them to send someone for modification, they send someone on next day which made bedroom even more warmer at night. strangely, we should have been given temperature control remote to manage as per requierment but was not done so. This resulted in disturbed sleep and also wearing warm clothes and jackets during morning hours inside apartment main hall . Also there was no cutting knife in kitchen

• Alexey (4/5): A sad - and unjustifiably expensive - example of not realised potential - The location is great, walking distance to many landmarks. That's probably all on the bright side. The property definitely has a potential which is unfortunately fully undermined by insufficient maintenance. Overall, it is a very worn apartment and not what is presented in the pictures. There are a bunch of breakages here and there. Non-functioning dishwasher and absence of cold water were seen directly at check-in. Two blocked sinks were discovered later. Due to inadequate design of heating system, the hot water is sufficient for 15 minutes of usage then purely cold water, very inconvenient when you're more than 2 in the group - we were 4 and experienced it as a serious inconvenience. The spiral staircase to the terrace is narrow and not for everyone. The terrace itself is less appealing since it's hot in the shed and messy outside. There's virtually no view due to plant fence. Non-existent soundproofing, you'll hear everything people say on the street, definitely not for a light sleeper. Ongoing construction works at a building nearby doesn't really help to create a calm and tranquil environment. Consequently, the price requested for our stay was in no way justified. In fairness, the landlord admitted the deficiencies (and rectified some of those) and committed to refund 15% of the total rent (not paid though by the time of this review).
• Vishal (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and very clean property with an incredible rooftop terrace. Had all the amenities needed and excellent location, only around a 10-12 min walk to the Duomo/city centre. Surrounded by cafes and grocery stores (such as carrefours). Hosts were great, always available to contact when needed. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in!
