- Nataliia (1/5): Uninhabitable Due to Severe Mold – Avoid This Property - Nothing I had a deeply disappointing experience staying at this property. Upon arrival, I discovered severe mold on the bedroom walls, which posed significant health risks. The condition of the apartment was completely unacceptable and uninhabitable, forcing me to check out after just one night. Despite using a dehumidifier provided in the flat, the mold issue persisted, making it impossible to stay safely. I had to book alternative accommodation at the last minute, incurring higher costs, which was both stressful and inconvenient. While the host partially refunded my stay, the refund did not adequately reflect the severity of the problem or the disruption caused. This situation demonstrates a clear failure to meet basic health and safety standards. I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property unless the mold issue is addressed and resolved, as it poses serious risks to anyone staying here.
- Tsui (10/5): Excellent place to have a comfortable stay. - Loved the location. Spacious apartment. Facilities like the fridge, cooker & radiator were very modern & easy to use. Loved that there were many hooks in the bathroom. It would be great if there was a handle on the front door & it could be latched from the inside.
