• Daniela (8/5): - Es war alles, wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

• srfimia (8/5): - Comunicación fluida con los gestores del alojamiento desde el primer momento. Hubo un contratiempo a nuestra llegada y se esforzaron en resolverlo. Por otro lado, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de trenes y rodeado de supermercados, panaderías y cafeterías. El acceso al ring es fácil y a pié. El apartamento es amplio. Recomendaría instalar algún colgador para la ropa en el baño y más espacio para almacenar y colgar la ropa. También añadir algunos elementos más a la cocina como manteles y paños de cocina. Por último, echamos en falta algunas instrucciones para controlar la calefacción.

• Marina (10/5): - Очень чисто и уютно! Все есть для проживания, удобные кровати, рядом магазин, метро, много достопримечательностей! Очень остались довольны выбором! Очень отзывчивые хозяева, отвечали в любое время!
• Katharina (8/5): Ideal für unsere Zwecke: schlafen und dann raus in diese wunderschöne Stadt! - Sehr saubere Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Altbau in top Lage zwischen Hbf und Innenstadt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch die Ausziehcouch kann nicht bemängelt werden. Die Straße (Autos, Tram und Menschen) war etwas laut, als Landei ist man das nicht gewöhnt. Am Bett gibt es keine Lampe und der Lichtschalter für das Deckenlicht ist weit entfernt. Im Wohnzimmer ist das Licht so schummrig, dass man am Tisch weder lesen, schreiben noch essen kann. Das ist wirklich schade, denn der Raum und auch die Deckenleuchten (!) sind sehr schön!

• Tushar (10/5): Spacious, clean apartment with excellent location - Clean, fresh and spacious apartment with good amenities provided. The host was very helpful, responsive and provided detailed steps for check-in. We did check-in post-midnight and had no issues. Superb location with 3 minutes walk to Rennweg station and 5 minutes walk to Belvedere palace, Supermarkets within 1 minute walk. I did stay with 2 kids and had really good time.

• Michele (8/5): Ottimo alloggio per famiglie per la vicinanza a tutti i mezzi e nelle vicinanze vi si possono trovare market e altri neg - La posizione : a 20mt dalla fermata del S7 con fermata Reenweg e a20mt dal tram 71 per visitare il centro. Appartamento accogliente , molto riscaldato con tutti i comfort. C’è anche la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Ottimo per le famiglie. Fuori la porta ci è una fontana dove prelevare acqua gratis,bella fresca che proviene dalle montagne austriache dato che l’acqua imbottigliata a Vienna costa tanto. La mancanza di prese vicino allo specchio del bagno, infatti abbiamo dovuto asciugarci i capelli attaccando il phon in cucina. Le luci del living e della camera da letto sono troppo scure e non danno luminosità all’appartamento.

• Josipa (10/5): Tutto perfetto appartamento pulito attrezzato e posizione ottima - Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione del treno quando siamo arrivati dall’aeroporto era facilissime da trovare e con tutte le fermate del tram di ogni direzione. Si può tranquillamente passeggiare fino al centro senza problema. Vicino ci sono bar supermercati, panetterie. Appartamento pulito super attrezzato, tutto perfetto e host super disponibile che risponde subito ad ogni ora. Niente tutto perfetto. Forse un piccolo consiglio che renderei più luminosa l’illuminazione nel soggiorno.

• Ingo (7/5): - Wohnung sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Matratze des Bettes war zu weich und alt. Beim Schlafen sind wir immer in die Mitte des Bettes gerutscht (Kuhle), dies war nicht angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung an sich ist gut. Es war warm in Wien und wir hatten die Fenster zum Lüften in der Nacht geöffnet. Dadurch war es sehr laut, da die Fenster direkt auf die Fasangasse gehen, die stark befahren ist. Wenn man die Fenster geschlossen lässt wird es mit dem Lärm wohl gehen.

• Miguel Angel (8/5): - Apartamento grande en edificio de gran calidad, bien ubicado y con excelente diseño. Relación calidad precio estupenda. Todo tipo de transportes junto al apartamento que hace sencillo conocer está impresionante ciudad.. Los colchones necesitan ser cambiados pues están algo deformados. La iluminación del salón comedor es demasiado tenue.

• Viktoriia (8/5): Very good - Very pleasant apartments. Clean, comfy. They put washing tables for the washing machine which was very considerable. The kitchen and equipment is clean. The bed is comfy. Very close to Belvedere and tram stops. 15 minutes walk to the underground. Easy to go to airport as train statis is near the apartments as well. The checkin process is not the best. The file with instructions didn't download so had to contact via whatsapp. Thanks they answered within an hour so the problem was solved pretty quickly.

The staff was super nice and comprehensive with a personal issue I had. The location is sensational. If you like to walk, well there's a plenty of good things to see in a walk of 15 min around the area, near to any needs...

• Veniamin (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location next to the Belvedere palace and the city center. A lively neighborhood with many shops and eateries. The apartment is clean and modern, yet the building has plenty of old character. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable. Not terrible, but could be better. It's somewhat noisy with the windows open.
• Arshia (9/5): I was there with my parents to visit vienna, the location was super super perfect the staff that i called were very help - Very good design, very good location, helpful staff, totally recommended Everything was clean honestly but on some tables there was a bit of dust but nothing disturbing or big of a deal
