Clean, warm house, well equipped kitchen. Netflix in every room, wifi with fast internet. Sainsbury's around the corner.

• Jason (1/5): - Nothing maybe the dining set Everything is no carpet in stairs, no cleaning facilities ie brooms mops hoover nothing dirty sponge, dirty corners everywhere, compulsive lying by staff. i gave them a good review previously as they asked felt depressing when In could be the layout -be. Careful of the stairs! They lied about the fact that when there was no power that we did it by using the electricity with a big equipment! As soon as we arrived, we contacted them. There was no power to the grand floor . Where most the bedrooms were With a large family, it was tight with us in one room.one child brave enough slept in the dark with it was dark on one floor they came after several attempts and strategic ways of avoiding doing anything they sent someone night before leaving thy said that ur was because their bill wasn't paid obviously they didn't care it was so horrible!

• Vanessa Marino (6/5): Great location for seeing a match at Tottenham Hotspur, but temper expectations. - The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. It wasn’t immediately clear that the driveway parking was at another address up the street. The towels were small for anyone other than a child. There were no toiletries provided for guests, which led us directly to the Boots to remedy that. There was also no basic kitchen cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) We had no issues with the neighborhood ourselves, but all of the locals were worried that we were staying in that particular area. The main sitting area had something ripped off the wall (I assume it was the television as there was none in that room), and the furniture needs a good steaming.

Very simple check in, very well equipped and lots of room for everyone. Very well connected to central London and we didn’t feel unsafe in the area.

• Mark (10/5): The owner was available for questions and our stay was 9/10. - The remodel this is being done is very nice!! The beds are comfortable, bathroom is completely remodeled and kitchen is brand new!!! The owner purchased 2 fans for us which was nice on two very hot days. Finally the house is Very close to the Spurs Stadium!!!! The family room are was not finished. No TV in that room and the room is a bit cramped with the dining table and chairs in the same room.

• Teddy (9/5): We had a good time in this house. Thank you. - The location: 10 minutes from overground station. A newly renovated house, very clean, confortable beds. Good communication with the host. Wifi extra speed internet, Netflix… No garden furniture as in the photo, only one bathroom/toilet for 6 person is a little annoying but no possible to create another one. We would have prefered a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. Parking place a little small for large vehicle and carreful if you have a lower car because you will scratch your bumpers.

The area was not great so we did not feel comfortable eating out in the evening (summer) and walking back. The host did not answer our questions when we tried to contact him. The garden was very overgrown
• Dean (9/5): Lovely clean property in a great location to access local transport. - Host checked in with me prior to arrival, and the accommodation was very clean and tidy. In a great location to access local transport to get into London etc and supermarket a short walk distance away to purchase supplies. My only suggestions would be a few more towels and though it didn't cause any issue, be aware that the drive for vehicle parking is quite narrow. However, aside from that, everything was great.
• Laszkiewicz (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to the Tottenham Stadium. It was great to walk only 5-10 minutes from the concert back into the home, when everyone was queuing for trains or getting taxis. Good food places were around 5 minutes walking and the overground train is around 10 minutes walking. It took us 35 minutes to get to Westminster on the train/tube. The neighbourhood is alright, we didn't have any issues with nobody. The house itself was very well looked after, being very clean (including under the beds, which is rare!). There are plenty of beds, which are clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains in the room. My wife complained about the lack of tea or cooking supplies in the kitchen, but she is just picky 😁
• Laura (4/5): Very disappointed - not as advertised - The house was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious. No communication from the owner. I messaged them twice, but they didn't bother to reply. One message I could see they had read but didn't respond still. Beds were very uncomfortable. We booked the house as it was advertised with pictures and write up as having outdoor furniture. When we arrived, it wasn't there, and when I asked the owner where it was, he ignored me. Parking was a joke. It's listed as a few houses away. It's actually the other end of the street and was so difficult to get my car on the drive due to how other vehicles were parked on the road, we ended up applying for a permission to park permit at an additional cost of £27 per day. We woke up every morning in the back bedroom at 1am to the smell of cigarettes and weed smoke it was choking us. It smelt like they were smoking it by our window it was that strong. I am very disappointed with this stay. Will definitely not recommend it to anyone. Seems the owners are more interested in making money that caring about the people paying to stay. Add is very misleading.

Garden was very relaxing and i liked the shelter. only 1 bathroom. We all kept knocking our knees on the edge of the beds. no TV in the living room
• Travellerpro (9/5): Comfortable house in a quiet area. - A clean, spacious house with almost everything you need for a city break. The beds were comfortable, and clean towels and linen were provided. A dining room with a patio door opening into a well-kept garden. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need..... a home away from home.... a bonus if you're a Tottenham Hotspur fan or attending an event there, it is literally less than 10 minutes from this house. The hosts mobile number on bookings.com does not work, although very responsive during business hours via bookings.con messaging facility, it doesn't help with urgent queries or in case of emergencies.

• Terrika (5/5): A beautiful and spacious home, but the location and noise made it hard to enjoy. - The house itself was clean and beautifully decorated, and it had enough space for our group with four bedrooms. However, the listing was a bit misleading. There’s only one bathroom, which made things difficult with a larger group. The location was also a major downside — over an hour and a half from most major attractions in London. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe. There was constant noise, shouting, and even fighting from next door late into the night, which made it hard to relax or get any sleep. If you’re just looking for a nice house to stay inside and don’t mind the commute or noise, it might work. But I wouldn’t stay here again. The house was clean and well-maintained • Beautiful interior design/decor • Spacious, with four bedrooms — great for a group • Comfortable furniture and nice layout • Possibly affordable compared to places closer to central London

Comfortable beds, the house was beautifully clean and fragrant. The area around the house is very quiet, grocery stores are a short walk from the house. Transport to the city is convenient, a short walk from the bus and metro stations. It really takes a while to get to the center. We have nothing to complain about and we recommend it! Thank you for the understanding of the owner.

Myself and two friends stayed for 5 nights and felt very comfortable. From the minute we walked in we noticed how clean the property was. The host was always available and really did accommodate to our needs. We definitely felt at home whilst staying here.

The host was very accommodating with any requests we had which was greatly appreciated. Very convenient location nearby bus stops and the train. Many shops and restaurants nearby as well. Another plus was there were 2 available free parking spaces which was our main concern so we didn’t have issue with parking. There is a bedroom downstairs which was great if you have anyone that is handicapped.

• Ashleigh (9/5): Would definitely stay here again ! - The property is amazing. So clean and modern. Everything you need to feel comfortable is in this property. The host Michael is so accommodating & was there to help every step of the way. The only negative I have is the area as there are a few sketchy people in the neighbourhood but Michael did everything in his power to reassure us and make us feel comfortable and at ease.
