• Joanna (3/5): It was one night in the area of London we needed to be in. So we stayed. If we could have found an alternative we would - The location was brilliant for what we needed, lovely views as well, over London. The first thing when you opened the door was yellow danger tape on the cupboard, the wear and tear on the floors, big chunks missing. Was the first thing you saw when you entered. There were holes in the walls that had been badly patched. There was broken blinds, so there was black out material taped to the bedroom windows. The Loo flush was very temperamental. The flat smelt of stale smoke.

Кажется в этой квартире почти все сломано и в завершении в ней сушилось абсолютно мокрое постельное белье на все кровати и полотенца.

He never answer the call and blocked my number so that he can keep the money. Bathrooms were stinking bedrooms were not clean. Just pretty pictures. Everything was crumbling

The little that has been repaired is all a bodge job.the owner when spoke to was very rude and unwilling to hear our issues and tried to tell us that the property was fine. Even though we have photographic evidence to prove otherwise.

• Sarah (5/5): Free parking and balcony views great, the rest I’m unable to recommend - Great location, with a balcony and viewpoint over towards Canary Wharf and the Olympic park, close to transport links. Well stocked kitchen. Parking onsite was a big bonus. This place has so much potential, and some parts make it nice, but there were too many things that need sorting. It was fine for a one night stay, but would not recommend for any longer. Better communication also needed - had to contact Booking helpline to get them to contact someone to tell us what to do.

To top it all off, the oven was stinking, and mains powered electricals were held together with tape. The key was not in the lock box when I arrived. Needless to say, we didn't stay. Rob, the host was exceptional and went out of his way to accommodate our early checkin I’ve stayed in luxury apartments all around the world and I would not put this in the luxury category - the benefits outweighed the status though.

They asked for a £200 damage deposit which we did not do as did not trust it would be returned. Asked for an invoice as it was a business trip and still awaiting this and now been ignored.

• Janine (5/5): good view but, the smell.. - this flat has a nice view of the city. location is perfect. wifi is strong. owner is negotiable with the checkin time but with additional costs. first, instructions unclear on how to get inside the property as I am not familiar on using a fob key so we had to wait outside the building for few minutes when its raining and I have a kid with me which made it so stressful then, everything was good apart from linens, cushions and bed sheets doesn't seem to have been washed, they smell so bad we couldn't manage to sleep toilet lightbulb needs changing to a brighter one maybe, also a tissue might also help this place has a lot of potentials for improvement hopefully the owner can maintain it to a more comfortable place to stay

• Mina (5/5): Not satisfied and could dangerous for our kids. - Just view and balcony We couldn’t shower because the cylinder was not working properly and had leaking water all around the room. Also, the windows were broken and the wind was blowing the windows open with great force and they wouldn't close. we couldn’t sleep in the room at night.
• Gilberto (3/5): Poor - The view was spectacular Horrible, if I could give a zero I would, do yourself a favor and dont rent this place, upon walking in we were welcomed by Horrible smell, bed seems dirty and bed covers had a stain, bed sheets had hairs I assume from previous renters, we couldn't sleep in the felt disgusting, we sat down in the couch and chair, luckily we have to leave a 6am next day. We couldn't take a shower because there was not hot water at all, only thing good was the view. Area outside looks very sketchy didn't feel safe, if you still decide after this make sure you buy soap, and toilet paper and shampoo etc, there was left overs shower gel and shampoo from other people.

Heater not working in the lounge. Found a portable heater, that too didn’t work. Struggled locking and unlocking the front door.

• Simon (10/5): Perfect spot for a London city trip for family of 5 by car - Clean and spacious apartment with fully equipped and operational kitchen. The owner responded very fast, flexibly and friendly to all our questions. We received clear instructions where to find the key & park the car. The parking spot in the closed garage was very convenient as well as the elevator in the building. Metro station right next to the appt with quick connections to the city center. Stunning 270° view from the cozy balcony. Various small shops in the neighborhood. Supermarkets next door. Some furniture is not the newest, but everything is operational and clean. Very good value for money. For travallers with car: The apartment is in the Low Emission Zone (so need to pay some online charges) but just outside the ULRA Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ).

• Errington (2/5): Not great - Would have been nice if everything in the apartment was not broken. Tv off the wall and couldn't even watch tv, remotes did not work. Could not even turn tv on. Place was not very clean, could have been amazing buy was rubbish. Really should ask for a full refund. Would not stay again. Rob 'host' was great, but seems like someone smashed his flat up before we got there. Such a shame really as would have booked again but won't be as the place was trashed!!! Tv off the wall, picture off the wall, smashed glass back splashes, holes in the walls, no the cleanest of places. Just eum is all I can sat with out being an ass hole about it. Was my daughters birthday. Won't be booking Airbnb next time with book a hotel Premier inn ne t visit to London.

• Kudaja (6/5): Pleasant - The views of course ! , the location, the size of the property, the security of the building, secure parking at no extra cost , easy instructions for check-in. It was also quite clean. I would definitely consider staying here again. The deposit was also returned the day after we left. The property has a lot of potential and must have been great at one point but really needs repairs here and there. The bedding although washed, could do with new duvet cover sets. The toilet had a permanent stain inside and the seat was broken /very loose which was a real nuisance plus the whole shower is at risk of falling off the wall. I have raised these with the landlord so that future guests can benefit. There were other wears and tears that didn't really bother us but could do with attention too.

• عبدالرحمن (1/5): Not recommended - The smell is very bad, the furniture is very old. Windows and doors they are not well maintained. This means many things can be happen in a sudden like door broken, window broken and extra. The staff communication is very poor. Above all that, the location for trip is not good as you need 1 hour to reach public places like big London Eye, Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circuit. Even the location is very bad, you need to take at least 2 busses or underground to reach these places I mentioned or nearby.
• Shelly (8/5): Perfect value getaway. - Great communication with amazing instructions via WhatsApp from the host. Wonderful views and ideally located for the tube. Meet our needs perfectly for a comfortable overnight stay. Thank you! There were a few minor things that certainly didn't negatively impact our stay, and we did not have high expectations before our arrival. But they maybe helpful to note for those wishing to book and be prepared, as I would book this apartment again! 1. No wine glasses ( unless we were blind, no problem if you are happy with a mug or we bought plastic), and lacking some kitchen utensils ( again still not an issuse) 2. Bring an eye mask for sleep if you don't want an early wake up with summer sun. 3. If you have read previous negative reviews, yes there are a few areas that need a little TLC and repair. But I think that is reflected in the price, and therefore didn't expect the Ritz.

Bed lamp broken, toilet seat not fitted well, kitchen door hanging off, and general bad patch up work on some areas. Bed sheets were a little stained, but clean. Security deposit of £100 isn’t clear, and I had to chase to get it back.
• Jarosław (7/5): Good - The description claimed that somebody will bring the keys - but after we called we were told about the locker. First - it is hard to call the owner ( phone almost always busy) and then - once it is locker - they could send the info in advance. The apartment is ok, however it slowly falls into disrepair ( there are e.g. holes in walls, water heating has to be manually turn off, there were only 3 forks in the kitchen, blinders were missing in the living room). Wifi is made with GSM 4G modem - my 5G phone was faster.

After I booked they requested I transfer money to a weird account to unlock check in. they prefaced this as a deposit and when I explained I’d be happy to pay any deposit in person when checking in they stopped responding to me and refused to cancel booking. SCAM SCAM SCAM. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Revently renovated and there is room to improve but overall it was a super stay. Loved it. The windows needs blinds cz when the sun is up its so hard to stay inside with the sun light.

• Bill (3/5): It's a bad experience, feel betrayed and one of the worst - Value for money, that's true. Also it included free parking in a locked garage, great for people traveling in car. Location is literally opposite to tube station. The view from high-rise floor. 1) We only received access instruction around 4pm that afternoon from Property Owner after chasing him all day long on app. At the end, he said "You could have called me?" (WTF..) 2) We are asked to transfer GBP100 to property owner before 8pm for "damage deposit" and will be returned upon checking out, claiming it's all mentioned in the terms and everyone will have to pay that. Only I finally find it at "Special Notes" section... I doubt if anyone will look at all terms when you've been booking frequently on Booking.com. And BTW, this apartment has alot of broken wall sessions covered by plastic stickers, broken kitchen wall glass, etc etc. See the photo. 3) I mentioned to Property Owner that there is no soap / Shampoo and he replied "Have you been traveling actually? This is the apartment-style and it's your own responsibility. And this kind of apartment will normally cost you GBP400 per nite and I'm charging at 200, what do you expect? Come on... I can book same config apartment at South Kensington / Knightsbridge at GBP400 per nite yes, and you're comparing this apartment to that??? The description of property headline "Luxury Apartment" is SIMPLY FRAUD.
• H786 (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean, good views of the city, very close to public transport, lots of local shops near by. Kitchen facilities were excellent, great balcony. Beds were comfortable to sleep on. Blinds missing in main bedroom and in the kitchen/living room. TV didn't work. Damage to the walls in soom rooms. Wardrobes were also looking like were they were about to fall apart.

The neighbourhood was dodgy, friends from London recommended not to go out too late. If you are going to an event on excel and want to stay near the city, just stay in the city.

It was certainly one of the best apartments I'd ever seen in that area. It was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and appealing. I will come back on my next visit to London.
• Kamaruddin (3/5): Not seriously recommended!!! - Location and close to supermaket. Had to wait 25 min outside building before getting the key during check in. But was forced to check out at 1100 am. Light bulbs not working. Rooms were dark. Not enough towel, only 3 provided for 6 pax. Way too expensive. Maintenance was not properly done. WiFi was very bad. Curtain /blind not available.

It had such a great view, me and my friends just sat outside late at night just enjoying it. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. There was nothing wrong with the property it was perfect.
