• Tracy Sherrier (10/5): Beautiful space that made our stay in Rome perfect! - The apartment was authentic and gorgeous! Its location to explore Rome was fantastic! The rooftop deck with views of Rome were amazing and a perfect way to end long days of exploring.
• Carmelene (7/5): Maintenance is required to secure the safety of the occupants. We used the toaster and it short circuited the power in t - Outdoor areas were good. Close to attractions and cafes and grocery store The main bedroom wardrobe was up a set of stairs and the stair rails were not stable, the rail moved as you held it. So we didn’t use the wardrobe area. The roller door to the ensuite came off and fell on my husband on our last night.

Any isssues or questions they were online most of the time to answer promptly The shower pressure was very poor and one of the heaters in the room needs attention.

• Ibtesam (8/5): اقامة جيده جدا ولو رجعت روما باختار نفس السكن - الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شي،سرعة استجابة المضيف،تعاون المضيف في التأخر في تسجيل الخروج،تنفع لعائلة كبيره ،تتكون من دورين مطبخ متكامل ودورات مياه مجدده ومصعد ،كل دور فيه الة قهوة وغسالة اطباق ودورتين مياه، تيراس واطلاله روووعه بعض دورات المياه وليست كلها فيها روائح جدا مزعجه،رائحة الثلاجه لاتطاق لدرجه لم نتمكن من وضع اي شي فيها، مع وجود الفواحات في كل مكان اتمنى لو يتم عمل صيانه للسباكة وتبديل الاريكة في الصاله

• Delia Maria (9/5): - The location and the appartment was very big. The views from the balconies were beautiful. The host helped us when we asked for a service . The bathrooms are renovated. I would have prefered at least one room with twin beds. The three beds are full size maybe queen. That was a problem for us.

The location was central - easy to get to everything. It had all the amenities - comfy beds, great ac, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer - and our host was super responsive. It was perfect for our family of 6. Space to be together on the lovely living areas or apart. It was also accessible with an elevator (5th floor apartment). I would stay here again. Nothing. It was perfect.

• Sameer (10/5): Amazing rental apartment for up to 4-6 people - The location is amazing, the two terraces have great views, large living room, well equipped kitchen, four full baths. Maybe more than 4 towels for a 4 day stay. Some extra towels and one soap per bath room would have helped.

All facilities for 6 people and a fantastic view. A well-functioning kitchen, good beds, large living room and two large terraces overlooking Rome. Space to be together and be apart. Walking distance to everything. The reality surpasses the pictures! All our Christmas wishes came true! Everything worked. From check-in and digital access to equipment in the kitchen, heating and lift between the two levels!

• Mary (10/5): Outstanding views and location in a beautifully decorated and spacious apartment! - The apartment was outstanding. Two large terraces with unparalleled views of Rome as well as a large living area with floor to ceiling windows. We are a family of 5 and the apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated with new and clean bathrooms. A short walk across the river leads directly to the historic centre and the Spanish steps. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We loved this place!!! This is a very small thing and not really a problem but it would have been nice to have some salt and pepper stocked in the kitchen and tea towels. But we went out and bought so that was fine.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Rome, on a quiet street close to everything. We enjoyed the terraces for morning coffee and evening cocktail. The apartment felt like staying in the nicest hotel- in the penthouse suite! The staff responded immediately to any questions I had. We can’t wait to return! Nothing!

Stairs were a little intimidating at first for my mother in law before she found the elevator from the first to the second floor. Location was great, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The light on the AC was bright which made it impossible to leave it on at night. Luckily the weather was beautiful so leaving the windows cracked kept the room cool.

• Berta (3/5): Terrible treatment and service, felt like a bad dream - The apartment is beautifully furnished and views are amazing. It’s just not worth the (incredibly high) amount of money they ask for it. Customer treatment. From the moment that you pay in advance for your booking, everything starts feeling off. They immediately ask you to pay 300€ for deposit (300€! - not even supreme 5* hotels ask for that) and threaten with not giving you the check in instructions unless you do pay your deposit. You have already paid for your booking (in our case, 1.200€ for just 2 nights, which is already crazily high for Rome) and thus you feel trapped. But that’s not the only time that they make you feel as a thief, almost. The day of arrival they send you a threatening message advising you for look for any damage, as if something is broken and you don’t spot it beforehand, you will have to pay for it. Now how can you check a huge two-floor apartment? This feeling of being constantly penalised for staying here, this mistreatment, totally ruined our vacation and our previous love for this apartment. We were really looking forward to our stay, but they really ruined it for us. What is more: they don’t even leave you the basics for a comfortable stay. For the price we paid we expected to have at least decent shower gel. Well, they just leave a tiny piece of toiletries as if it was from a 3* hostel, and not enough toilet paper. And forget about shampoo, etc. Finally, the cherry on top of this disastrous cake was that they don’t let you store the luggage and you are kicked out at 11.00h, which is way too early for any reasonable check out policy. Thus we had to carry our luggage until the closest storage point (17 mins walking), as if we were coming from a hostel almost, before ending our trip! If we had known all this in advance, *we would definitely had not booked this apartment*. It completely felt like a scam! BEWARE.
