• Escribano Santana (7/5): No está mal pero algunos detalles te echan para atrás, como la limpieza. - El apartamento cuenta con todos los servicios básicos, como toallas, sábanas, secador, varios sobres de café, leche evaporadada, azúcar, sacarina, entre otras, aunque en el baño no había jabón. La localización no está nada mal, cerca hay un supermercado y paradas de bus de lineas que te llevan a la playa y a las estaciones. Esto último un punto bastante a favor. El apartamento a primera vista estaba limpio pero cuando fuimos a usar los platos tuvimos que lavarlos porque daban asco. Si estás en la habitación del lado del armario y miras a la pared azul verás una serie de huellas de manos e incluso de dedos arrastrados los cuales también vimos en la pared del sofá. Después quisimos planchar y decidimos hacerlo sobre una toalla porque la tabla no estaba en condiciones. Tras todo esto encendimos el aire acondicionado del salón y la verdad es que yo no tengo uno en mi casa pero creo que no es normal que me llovieran cositas negras del filtro. Además, en la cocina se anunciaba que había un horno, pero lo que te encontrabas era un microondas con función de horno. Y por último, barrido del todo no estaba en nuestra opinión.

• Shaun (8/5): A comfortable, well-located stay that gave us everything we needed for a great night's sleep. - We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had lovely warm water. We appreciated how much natural light came into the room, and there were plenty of power sockets in convenient spots, which was super handy. It was also really easy to access the property, the host was responsive and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. Most importantly, we got a really good night’s sleep every night—and that made all the difference. There were just a few small things that could be improved. The air conditioner could do with a clean, and the floors weren’t as clean as we’d have liked—we ended up buying slippers to wear indoors. It would be nice if the apartment was aired out a bit more between guests. That said, we’re being quite picky here—these were all minor niggles, and we’d definitely stay again!

• Evgeni (8/5): Very good - it was unable to pass through their online verification so I had to visit their office first to get needed codes. then to another address to get the keys and the to one more location))
• Giulinadi (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect and the apartment is very comfortable, offering a perfect solution for a couple of days in Malaga. Bathroom was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The floor needs to be hoovered and washed before each staying.
• Marin (4/5): Convenient central location with essential amenities, providing easy access to Malaga. - The location is close to the city center and the apartment has most of the facilities you need. From this location, it's easy to get around Malaga. Collecting the keys was quite complicated, as you need to retrieve them from a different address and then walk to the apartment. Additionally, the instructions are not very clear, especially regarding the apartment's location. Not described in Booking. The air conditioning in the apartment is very dirty and seems never to have been cleaned, which is a health issue. I reported it, but the response was a generic, "let us know if we can help." (?) The rental is managed by a company, not a local person, so the customer service feels impersonal and not very accommodating. The check-in process has to be done outside of the booking platform on another website, where you need to enter a lot of personal details without any specific information on how the data is processed. There is also a lot of incorrect information, such as the deposit being returned in cash (it is actually refunded to the card) and parking not being free as described in the booking. Additionally, the neighbors are quite noisy, and starting from 7 AM, someone plays the piano (not in a nice way). The walls are thin, which exacerbates the noise issue. We had a problem with the balcony door, but they could only send someone in the morning when we couldn't be there, so it wasn't very accommodating. All in all, there is a lot of misinformation compared to the booking description.

• Marta (6/5): The place and owner has unfriendly vibe - The process of collecting the key was very complicated. We had to collect them from the other building and only after the safety deposit was paid. The owner prepared only one bed despite we booked the whole place. We had to pay additionally for the second set of sheets what was IMO ridiculous as the booking was for 2 people.
• Pooi (6/5): Relatively pleasant stay, with some improvements needed - Property was mostly as described, sofa bed was set up before we arrived and we appreciated having an elevator in the building. Communication via Whatsapp was prompt and we got support pretty fast. Thanks Laura! The online check-in process was the most complicated one we have ever experienced in our years of travels -- a lot of information and pictures were required and payment was rejected twice before it got through. The key had to be collected at a separate location, which was rather troublesome with all our suitcases, a hungry/tired toddler and me being pregnant. Both bedside drawers were rather old and almost fell off (see pictures), and the shower head dislodged from the pipe on our first night (this was thankfully repaired by a maintenance person the next day).

• Yassine (7/5): Good - Great location. The place was clean. The mattress was comfortable. Service was great The place had a strong smoke smell . The people managing the place did bring air refreshner but the smoke smell was too strong.
• Luís (8/5): Convenient location and parking, could be more comfortable - The house is adequate for a couple and conveniently located (10 min walking from the city centre and main atractions, and 20-30 min walking from the beach). The parking is very convenient and easy to use. There is no air conditioned in the sleeping room, only on the living room. The sleeping room only has a big fan in the ceiling, so it can get really hot. There is a light in the living room/kitchen that we couldn't turn off, because there was no switch. When I asked the staff where was the switch, the answer was "no idea, sorry". So the light stayed on the whole time. This must be solved if someone is to sleep in the leaving room (not our case, fortunately). Don't expect a big balcony as well - it's just a mini balcony for leaving your clothes to dry or maybe smoke, but you can't sit there, for instance. The bed is rather small and could be more comfortable.
• Rowena (4/5): Did not stay there! - Looked great in pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t spend the week here to give it a full review. The location was not very good and the surroundings looked very run down. My partner was a little anxious as to stay there and was a little scared in roaming around after a certain time or even leaving valuables in the flat. The property is much smaller than what it seems in the pictures. The bed was also very small for us, as we are quite tall. Due to this we decided to get a hotel closer to Central Malaga to make things easier for us.
• Arturs (8/5): Overall a great stay in Malaga! - Great location, just ~20 min walk from the city historical center. The communication with the host was nice and quick. There was no soap or shower gel, so keep that in mind. The refrigerator is a bit loud.

• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - This flat had everything that we needed. It was very clean, well equipped. The best thing for us was private parking place in garage within the building. Communication with agency was excellent. They were very helpfull, especially Claudia. She even printed something for us that we needed, and had some very good recommandations for our stay. We are very satisfied.
• Tomasz (9/5): Spacious apartement close to Malaga old town - Nice location, walking distance from Malaga old town and restaurants, spacious apartment in the building from 2004 (renowated and refreshed) with aircon + heating + everyhing needed, easy check in (in H2M office close to the beach) and check out with quick return of deposited 150EUR . Good value for money A little noisy aircon of the neighbour during some hours in the night
• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, good facilities, parking spot included, which is a big plus, clean and spacious. No complains, everything was great.
