- Елена (10/5): Рекомендую однозначно, локация лучше не придумаешь, 2 минуты пешком и на Площади Республики. Аппартаменты очень чистые и - Локация топ! Хозяйка на связи 24/7. Чистота в квартире! Обязательно рекомендую! Хотелось бы ночник рядом с кроватью и обновить стол на террасе. Но это мелочи, которые собственник быстро исправит

- Елена (8/5): - Удобное расположение, большая терраса, квартира чистая, есть все необходимое, хозяйка всегда была на связи. Ужасный матрас, который давно пора поменять. Очень проблемно припарковаться.
- Anna (10/5): - I like this apartments very much. It's on 12th floor - it's very bright, has lot of natural light. It's studio appartment. Very clean, very comfortable bed and nice bedsheets. Everything works proper and easy (washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, all electricity pins and hot water). Location is the best - everything available at walking distance.

Номер чистый и уютный, с огромным балконом. Все необходимое есть - чай, кофе, микроволновка и.т.д. Бронировали двое апартаментов в этом здании - для себя и для друзей, эти апартаменты оказались в 10 раз лучше, чем вторые, которые, кстати, были в разы выше по цене.

- Sergey (3/5): Poor - The owner is a polite man. The condition of the apartment wasn't good. There was a problem with doors and the whole condition needed to renovate. The square of the apartment is two times less than it is written on booking.
