Stephanie (5/5): Passable - Location was great right in the central city, having access to free car parking. Friendly & accomodating hosts when communicating via messages. The beds were very firm, and the showers were lukewarm, particularly cold earlier in the morning. The furnishings and finishes in the apartment were of low quality and in need of general maintenance to improve their condition or overall comfort of stay. The instruction manual for check-in and check-out could have been much clearer, as some of the information provided was incorrect or contradictory. Consolidating everything into a single, straightforward document would eliminate the need to refer to multiple Google Docs.
