La ubicación era inmejorable cerca de todo, a 5 minutos andando la estación de tren, a la vuelta del depto un supermercado.Si bien era un edificio antiguo estaba restaurado y con muchos lindos detalles. El recibo que te dejan por el pago de la tasa de turista. Nos hubiera gustado nos dejarán un recibo oficial

The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely courtyard that was perfect for relaxing. Paolo was amazing — so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everything we needed (and more) was thoughtfully provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

She made our stay very pleasant. The property was well located to all attractions and easy walking distance to everything including the train station, which was a must for us. Even the little touches of juice, pastry and water were welcomed. Would stay again for sure There was nothing negative we could say!

- Tomasz (9/5): Nice apartment in a very good location - Very good location, close to the main railway station and city center. Multiple cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. It would be better if self-check in would be possible. Sometimes it is difficult to predict what time you will arrive and someone may have to wait for you or vice versa.

The location was perfect, close to the train station, restaurants and city center. What really stood out was the hospitality of the owner Friendly/professional/helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, They responded quickly to any questions. - Steve (10/5): A perfect spot in Florence for any traveller short term or longer term - A Gen! - Picture this… staying in a lovely property that is 10mins walk or less to - Railway Station, dozens of restaurants and takeaways, Mercator Markets, old city major sights and land marks and everything you would want in Florence! Now include a less than 5mins walk to mini marts and supermarkets, laundrette, breakfast cafes and shopping - perfect! Our host, Paula, was fantastic and accomodating to our requests and the clean modern apartment was so convenient to access for international travellers with large luggage. A true Gem of a spot and our standout across 5 weeks of Europe travel! 100% would return when coming to Florence. Seriously - Nothing

She even prepared some food, including yogurt, snacks, and other treats, which was such a lovely surprise! The room was very spacious. The living room had a dining table and a sofa. On the first day, we were able to relax there for a bit before heading out for dinner, which was just what we needed after a long journey. The heating was also much appreciated, especially during the cold winter weather. The location is super convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The mattress was a bit soft, so movements could slightly affect the other person, but overall, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!

- Aayush (10/5): Amazing unit with an equally good host - The unit is absolutely fantastic with great location with most tourist attractions at walkable distances including the train station. The unit in itself is big, spacious and both beds are very comfortable. Paola had left so many little things in the unit to make our life comfortable and she also was there early to take in our bags and put them inside when the cleaning was complete.

Also il Mercato Centrale Firenze is just a stone’s throw away, good place to have a lunch or coffee, there’s plenty of alternatives there.

- Tan (9/5): All in all, a very friendly host, a well-appointed apartment and very conveniently located. - The host, Paola was superb. Weeks before our check in, she was already in touch with us ensuring that we were all good and ready by the time we arrived Florence. Throughout our stay, she was always ready to answer any queries we had and offered us suggestions and recommendations on places to walk, dine and shop. Location of the apartment was just a mere 5 to 7 minutes walk from the train station. It is also within walking distance to many sightseeing spots, great dining spots and shopping areas. Room was a very decent size for all 3 of us and beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little too soft and flat.

Easy to go to cattedrale di Santa Maria del Foote and shopping center. There is a balcony in this room. The apartment is in the underground(1st floor). You don’t have lift your heavy luggage. It is very good place. Should add more light.

The sofa bed in living room very comfortable to sleep, the bed from the bedroom also. Extremly clean and full with all the amenities: sandwich maker, induction oven to cook, coffee machine with free capsules, yoghurts, sweets. If you are looking to cook your own dinner or breakfast, this is the place. 5min from the train station and 10min to the Duomo. We appreciate how clean it was, the location and also how secure you feel. Hope to return again! -

It was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. - Amy (10/5): Great place for a few nights in Florence. - Lovely, clean and secure unit in Florence. Close the train station and a short walk to all the local attractions. It’s in a very central and busy part of the city but the house is so secure and quiet you can hardly hear the noise from outside. Paola provided a starter pack for breakfast which was delicious. Paola also provided a list of recommendations which was wonderful. No washing machine but there is a laundromat across the street. Bed was a bit hard and springy.

She gave us tips on the tram from the airport to get and left us food and water in the apartment. She also checked in on us half way through our stay. Lovely and clean. Bright and airy with high ceilings. Cute little terrace. At the terminus from The airport so you can’t go wrong and a minute walk to the apartment. The plumbing from other apartments above was a little noisy. Nothing some ear plugs can’t fix!

The apartment was very modern, nice touch with the ‘goodies’ left for us (milk, cereal etc), and very quiet despite the central location. Nothing.

And a stress free trip from the airport on the tram, with the apartment being only a minute’s walk from the termini stop. Had everything needed, as well as some lovely extra touches, like water, yoghurt, coffee, oil, some breakfast supplies - all of which are useful when you don’t want to buy bulk items like salt and oil when only there for a few days. Paola was very welcoming, and always offering to be in hand if anything else was needed. Nothing. Just fabulous.
- Gong (10/5): Very beautiful and simple furniture，quiet environment and comfortable bed, bathroom, the kitchen room… - Florence was so hot 35 degree, but as soon as in the building, we can feel the cool feeling, after visiting the museums. So needed naturally cool down. The location was walking distance most of museums and train station as bus stops, lots of restaurants including Chinese restaurants, we went to 队长川菜店restaurant few times, this one has Shanghai dish we like it. Of course the room was excellent including space, bed,furnitures, kitchen facility, bathroom all well functioning, courtyard can dry washed clothes or public laundry just few seconds to walk in for 7 Euro per each wash, shopping market just few minutes walk. Very beautiful, air conditioning and quiet rooms in very busy ancient street I love to recommend to you and I will go back again staying the place. Nil
- Sawsan (9/5): Comfortable, spacious flat close to station and center. Definitely recommend - Very clean and spacious, very close to the center and to the train station. In a secure building that was well lit (despite only have ceiling windows) and quiet. There is also a lovely little outdoor terrace to eat outdoors and this allows for the apartment to be very nicely lit up. The kitchen is very well equipped and the host was so nice as to provide us with breakfast and coffee in the kitchen cabinets. The area looks a little like China town, but it is still very convenient. Also, an additional couch for the kitchen area would have been nice for the family to relax together. There is however a lovely eating area in the kitchen and outdoors. I’d definitely recommend this property. There is Wifi but no YouTube or video on demand.

- Stephen (10/5): Perfect Host, Perfectly Beautiful Accommodation, Perfect Location = Perfect Holiday in Florence - The property is beautifully located within walking distance of all major attractions and 4 minutes walk from the train station. At the same time it is an oasis of tranquility when tired or getting out of the midday sun, it even has a patio! Paola was the perfect host. She advised us on everything from where to park, to where to eat to where to enjoy the sunset. She is the best host we have encountered. She even waited to meet us in the street although we already had the code to the key box. Ten out of ten! Grazie Mille! Nothing!

If you’re going to use the bed in the living room, make sure wear an eye cover as the top of the window is not covered by curtains.

Her place was so clean and in the best location. 2 min walk to the tram.which takes you directly to the airport, only a 5 min walk to the train station so pulling your luggage is no problem, right beside are Asian convenience stores, right across is a laundry shop. At the end of the road, 2 min walk is the Mercato Centrale and all the leather bags, souvenirs etc. Want a break from Italian food? Theres Pho, Chinese, Indian and Turkish food in the same street! There are 2 convenience stores between the train statiin and the apartment. The Duomo is a short walk as well. The apartment is so spacious and very clean.

- Joy (10/5): Exceptional Central Property - This property is centrally located within a 5-10min easy walk from the train station. Paola was in constant communication with us prior to our arrival and provided clear directions to find the property. The property was exceptional with all our needs provided for. A number of food items were supplied, water, yogurt, biscuits etc which were greatly appreciated. The bed was really comfy and the apartment was very spacious with a lovely little courtyard. Paola checked in on us to see we were okay and if we needed any assistance. We’d highly recommend this property and thank Paola for her kindness. Everything was perfect

- Subodh (10/5): Nice Apartment with small gallery - Nice apartment close to main station. The sofa bed is , kitchen and main hall is all one bug room, but its ok at this price and location. Bedroom is also spacious. The host is really good and available for any help. Coffee machine and required tea, coffee etc, are provided. Kitchen is well equipped. If weather permits gallery or outside open are which you can enjoy morning or evening. Bathroom design is little odd but manageable. Electric heater makes you wait in between showers so need to managed when multiple people are there.

- Andrey (9/5): Superb - The location is great - very central (Duomo is in 5 minutes) and just a couple of minutes from the train station. Very silent and calm. I liked the small patio too.

The location (if you are arriving in Florence by train, it is super easy to get to the place), the bed, the towels, the things to the eat that Paola left for us (you can eve say that breakfast was included because she left so many things), the price. The place is big and lovely. We super recommend. Nothing
