This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. - One box of firewood and kindling will be provided to you with your stay. If you need more, you are welcome to bring more from the petrol station or supermarket. - Children are welcome to our self-contained cottage, however, parents are advised to watch over them at all times as our property is located within the Dandenong Ranges with tall trees and slippery rocks (nature). - You will have private use of the self-contained cottage. There are other self-contained cottages that could be rented out separately. - A copy of your Australian Driver's license or Passport will be required to finalize your booking. - We have a storage shed in front of the suite with restricted access to guests. A photo of the shed is provided in our listing. - Please note that a credit card payment surcharge of $0.22 per transaction + 1.43% of the transaction will apply to all accommodation bookings.
