• Michelle (9/5): - Excellent location right across from a Line 2 subway stop, which is also one of the interchange stations—making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The building has plenty of old-style charm, and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the king-size bed ensured a great night’s sleep. The host, Faye, kept in great contact throughout our stay. She made sure we checked in smoothly and shared some wonderful local recommendations that really enhanced our visit. A truly excellent place to call home during our stay!

Will recommend - Awesome location, 2-minute walk to the metro station, 1 metro station away from the central shopping area Nanjing East Road, and down the shopping area is the Bund. This property is apparently in the neighborhood where the locals stay in. The inner design of the property also shows really nice Chinese aesthetics. Air condition works decently. Having a kitchen and a laundry machine is convenient too. The auntie who handed over the keys and did some housekeeping during our stay is also really nice and lively. Nothing

The apartment was cosy and quiet, the bed comfortable, and it was in a nice building just opposite the subway. The flushing system had some issues, not due to the property itself but because of the building's plumbing system.

It was little bit dirty here and there, some better cleaning/light renovation would be great. Also it was very cold upon arrival (but thanks to the air condition it was warmer in the evening) and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

The subway was also just a short walk away & easy enough to figure out. It had everything we needed for our short stay in Shanghai.

• Martina (9/5): What a splendid one! - The apartment is in a great position, and is itself lovely. Faye was super helpful with giving us the information needed to move around and get there. She also offered a driver to pick us up from the airport, and as we had a long flight, we decided to do so. Best decision ever, the driver was so kind he even came upstairs and opened the house for us. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to have a central staying in the city. This is a common issue in China, so it is not about the apartment per se, but please remember toilet paper needs to be put in a separate bin and not in the wc. Not my favourite thing, but there is a huge risk doing otherwise, so eh.

• Mizzy (10/5): Great apartment in a historical conservation building! - Very good apartment-style B&B! This is an all-inclusive apartment-style B&B with separate bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and is a very good and comfortable apartment with excellent service. The apartment is located in a beautiful heritage building. It isn't new but very well maintained. If you are into heritage/conservation houses, this will offer a great experience. The location is very perfect and is only just 4 minutes walk from West Nanjing Rd subway. There are plenty of and reasonable price restaurants, convenient stores are in close proximity. Host arranged for her assistant to meet us to help with check in and she's super friendly and we were also sent useful recommendations on places to visit. Bed is a little hard
• Eva (9/5): Wonderful studio flat, exceptionally located - Excellent location, beautifully furnished. Bed was hard. Central location made it a bit noisy. Mosquitoes quite prevalent within the flat.

Apartment is located at the city centre with great neighborhood, Very convenient and easily accessible to metro (only 3 minsi!) and a good variety of food ranging from traditional local Shanghai to high-end. Apartment is very clean and is perfectly set up for longer term stays with a fully equipped kitchen. The host is very responsive and helpful.
