- Debbie (6/5): Good location average stay - Location was great. We thought it was an apartment at a hotel but more like booking an air b&b. It was nice to have the 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. Needs a paint job and master bed was very hard. Shower heads broken, leaking tap, master exhaust wouldnt turn off which was annoying to hear each night. 1 couch and 1 tv was not enough for 5 people especially with children. A few of us felt itchy every night after sleeping in the beds and were scratching like crazy. Felt we paid top dollar for 3 nights compared to others available but didn't feel we received value for money.

Overall, the apartment was not clean. It looks like it needs some attention with a full commercial clean, and could do with a freshen with paint as looking a bit beaten up. Found stray long hair in amongst fresh sheets and bedding, and items on floor suggesting it had not been vacuumed. Under beds were various stray clothing items and very dusty. Vanity tap leaks and showers do not appear to have been fully cleaned in some time. Shower head holder broken. Pretty disappointing as set up and location are great.

1st choice to stay when we next visit Melbourne. Lifts get crowded, but expected with a property on this size.
Level 4 has a very bad odour once you enter inside from the carpark.

It would have been nice if some dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent was supplied just to get us going until we could get to shops

- Tok (10/5): Feels like a home away from home - We chose this property because it is close to Sixt at Southern Cross Station where we had to collect our rental cars. the first impression is that the accommodation was true to photos posted. Spacious, comfy, clean. Had everything we needed. I love the body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. We stayed on the 13th or 14th floor, the balcony offers a view of Docklands. Key collection and return was very easy. Host was great, accessible and responds promptly.

However the owner helps to contact them in the morning.

No where to store luggage before check in out after check out if you have a late flight. Lockers at southern cross station were full

Beautiful pool and gym is great! Location is fantastic, close to Coles and a DFO outlet etc My family didn't want to leave haha.
