• Boris (10/5): A great KL experience - Great location in the heart of KL, very close to Twin Tours and Street Food, and also Chinatown. The pools on6th floor and 42nd floor are great, the apartment very comfortable and the staff very friendly.

• bertrand (9/5): Mieux que chez moi - Je suis resté 6 jours. L'appartement est incroyable, trés moderne, propre et fonctionnel, beaucoup de petites attentions à l'arrivée (café, bouteilles d'eau...). L'appartement est silencieux j'ai dormi comme un bébé, les 4 ascenseurs sont super rapides, jamais aucune attente. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, il m'a autorisé à un faire un check out tardif car mon avion était en fin d'après midi, merci encore. La personne qui surveille la piscine est trés sympa et trés professionnelle. A la piscine les transats sont en mauvais état il faudrait penser à les changer.
• Chetan (10/5): I'll come again - Value for money. Very nice apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Host communicates a lot and was kind to allow me a late checkout at short notice. I'll come to stay at the same place next time I'm in Malaysia.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πεντακάθαρο με όλα στην κυριολεξία τα απαραίτητα. Πισίνα τεράστια και καθαρή, γρήγορα ασανσέρ, ασφαλεια όλες τις ώρες. Πραγματικά άριστο. Τιποτα

• Chee Heung (9/5): Many positives but I lost sleep daily. - I didn’t meet the hosts in person, but no request was too difficult for them (extra water, toilet paper, air freshener, directions, food suggestions), and they were always quick to respond. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me source a few items to ensure a smooth work-from-overseas experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the apartment was clean-I didn’t encounter any creepy crawlies during my 9-night stay. They kindly allowed me to check in early, though check-out time is strictly enforced. The pool is huge, has low chlorine levels, and was quite busy during the Malaysian school holidays and public holidays, mostly with families and young children. The team provided house slippers, full-sized shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, and laundry capsules, which was a thoughtful touch. There was Netflix available without needing to sign in, along with other Asian streaming platforms. The security team works hard, and there’s covered, allocated parking. Access to the building floors and lobby requires a swipe pass, which made me feel safe. Location-wise, it’s not smack bang in the centre of Bukit Bintang, but it’s within walking distance (about 15-20 minutes) to Pavilion KL, Chinatown, Lalaport, Times Square, Jalan Imbi, and even TRX-if you're brave enough to face the heat! I felt safe walking to many of these places. Grab cars are also easily available and affordable (around RM8 to MyTown/IKEA Cheras and Sunway Velocity Mall). It's connected to GMBB mall, a great spot for art lovers, with quaint cafes and restaurants. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour Malaysian halal eatery, a dentist, and several convenience stores. There are two hospitals across the street (surprisingly quiet), and even a nearby Catholic church. There are plenty of local food options and nightlife spots nearby. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well as the bed in unit N-20-09 was extremely firm, and the upstairs tenants were noisy—dragging furniture and walking heavily late into the night. That said, the living room sofa was very comfortable and became my go-to sleeping spot. There were many guests who did not wear proper swimming attire and had questionable pool hygiene, but the security guard worked hard to educate them.

• Desni (10/5): Fijn verblijf! - Het appartement was netjes, schoon en comfortabel. De sleuteloverdracht gaat via een kluis, waardoor het in en uitchecken super handig was. Vriendelijke host en prettig contact via app/booking. Voor ons dochtertje was er een extra bed geregeld. Om de hoek van het complex zijn een aantal restaurantjes en mini marktjes en de bekende streetfood markt (Jalan alor) ligt op loopafstand. Er is een wasmachine met droogfunctie, maar ik had graag mijn kleding opgehangen aan een wasrekje. Verder was alles prima en hebben we genoten van ons verblijf.
• Oxana (8/5): Все было замечательно, как будто дома, единственный минус - в последнюю ночь пребывания наверху очень шумели соседи, дви - Чистота в апартаментах, все продумано до мелочей, даже были зубные щетки с пастой, одноразовые тапки и вода в бутылке! Выражаем благодарность владельцу! Нет такого.
• Ka Lok (9/5): - Convenient location across the night market. I like that there's convenience store right down the residence. All the facilities are in good condition. Owner is polite and helpful.

The staff were very supportive, even after check-out—they kept our luggage in a safe place, which was really convenient. • Mohamed (10/5): A Good Memory at THE ROBERTSON - My views about the stay and your services. 1. We came with our daughter who wants to play, run here and there. So apartment was excellent choice. She loved the place and felt like home. She enjoyed the downview of pool where kids always play. 2. We love your prompt reply for clarifying each and every aspects of the apartment and trip. You were helping beyond as hotels do normally. 3. The Check-in and Check-out instructions were so clear and easy to follow. The detailed guide helped us for faster checking to our Apartment at Hotel. 4. The Robertson location is very nice. Near to many food places and Shopping Malls. Walk Distance (10 to 15 mins) from The Robertson to Times Square. Also walk distance from very good shopping mall LALAPORT for branded items. 5. We had an issue with Washing Machine one day before our Checkout. You guys attempted so quickly and that was most important part of it for a family like us. 6. Apartment was so so clean and tidy which gave us memorable experience to take back home. 7. With all amenities (microwave Oven, Fridge, Iron, Kettle, Tablewares, Washing Machine,) this place is the best hotel for stay. It is worth the money. 7. Also We loved the Pool and Indoor and Outdoor Gym area. We would surely be booking from your hotel in our next trip to Malaysia. Had a great and enjoyable Honeymoon and Holidays here!! 🙂✌ There is nothing we didnt like it here!

• Aude (8/5): very confortable flat with great location and proper kitchenware - very conform to the pictures, clean and very nicely furnished, the kitchen is also very functional with an electric steam pot and rice cooker, the bed was confortable and the bathroom great. I loved to have the mini shops just downstairs to grab what I needed before going home.. the swimming pool is huge but was a bit cold and the rooftop so called jacuzzi wasn’t working, also it’s a shame there is not much sitting space by the pool and the only sun beds are fixed twins for couples..
• Ann (10/5): Bingo! - Overall, extremely well equipped, tastefully furnished and beautifully decorated. Owner has really given attention to detail! Rice cooker, slow cooker and more! Many utensils for food prep, lots of lovely cutlery and china. Netflix! Lovely soda bed, separate bedroom, beautifully appointed. Very well equipped bathroom with shower that had excellent water pressure! All in one, washing machine and drier. 👌👋😁 There was nothing to dislike! If the owner wanted to add anything, one or two more towel rails or hooks in the bathroom would be useful, although it is still excellent as it is.
