• Simone (3/5): Disappointing - The check in and out process was difficult, the keys were available from a different location 10 minutes from the flat and away from the station meaning luggage had to be carried further in both instances. The additional identification required for check in by the owner is in direct contradiction to the advice given by booking.com about sharing personal details. The cleaner arrived 15 minutes before check out and entered the flat without knocking which was an intrusion of our privacy. The kitchen lacked any form of water glasses. We did not use any cooking facilities during our stay but had a loud smoke alarm go off on 2 occasions, it stopped when we turned off all the lights. The initial wifi password provided was incorrect however this was corrected quickly with an email.

• Wai (1/5): Property did acknowledge and apologised for not resolving issues... - The property was in a nice location and the facilities were adequate but I would not call this a ‘stunning’ 1 bed apartment’ as labelled by property. The communications was average, was very weird that you have to send to a random email address a photo form of ID before our stay as I have never been asked to do this before on any bookings. We also experienced a few issues as follows – WIFI – this did not work during our stay which impacted our use of the TV also as this required WIFI. We reported to the property management agency via booking.com website and they asked us to manually fix, reboot/restart to try and resolve ourselves, spend about 30/45 minutes, still not working. Smoke alarm beeping went off during our stay (due to low battery), so beeped every 2 minutes, we reported this again and were advised a maintenance team was to come by to fix the issues, reported this in the morning and was advised late afternoon that someone would come in and fix between 5-6pm for both smoke alarm and for the internet. Nobody came to fix and issue was still there throughout the night and the morning of our stay. After we checked out, property management team apologised and asked if we could go out and buy a battery and try to replace this on the smoke alarm and fix ourselves, they did kindly say we could send them a picture of receipt and they would pay us back for this!!! I don’t think this is acceptable and I would not recommend to stay at this property due to lack of care to resolve issues. There were also a couple of minor issues we could look past, flickering lounge light when you tried to dim lights and also the light/fan for the mirror in toilet did not work also.

• Karol (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was super good, apartment with everything you need for your stay, very nice and clean.
• Alice (8/5): Lovely flat but needs some extra attention - Overall super nice and modern flat, we loved the kitchen and bathroom! Tube is a 15 minutes walk away. - Mattress needs replacing as it’s all bumps and holes - we couldn’t sleep much. - Cleaning can be improved.
