- Perveen (6/5): Ideal location and comfortable overall but poor customer support - The apartment was comfortable overall, great location. Nice view from the balcony. The bathroom toilet could have been cleaner. Tricky to find parking. There was also no wifi and this was not rectified during my stay even after reporting it. I still haven’t received my £300 security deposit after 4 weeks despite numerous calls and messages and there being no damage to the property. Customer service has been poor in dealing with this.
