The apartment had an array of things in the kitchen, and the living room with access to games and books. It felt homey and cozy.
- Graeme (1/5): Not great - Location great Where do I start . oven not clean , oil dripping off rangehood so couldn’t use cook top, old bed sheets should be used as rags . Old grotty carpets. Someone’s food left in fridge had to clean it up . Only one old towel each until we were offered an extra from maintenance lady. 🙂Cobwebs hanging off ceiling. Couldn’t recommend it to others but until you get there you don’t know what your in for. As we travel three to four times a year to the gong accommodation is hard to find so we will just move on.
- Joe Peter (10/5): It meet our needs and ticks all the boxes for a great place to stay - The apartment was very good and large enough for the family every thing worked the kitchen and bathroom were very clean and functional the aircon was just perfect for the hot day we had. The apartment was close to everything it was across the road from the builders club The tv could use a stronger signal but it was ok.
Carpet showed it could use a upgrade but it was ok

- Amanda (9/5): Very pleasurable stay - Nice and cosy. The host was accomodating by supplying the basics needs for your stay. I always bring my own salt, Pepper, Sauces, Washing powder but the host supplied those. Close to beach and Shopping centre Nothing

- mick (7/5): We were not new to Wollongong, it was our place of residence long time ago and it has changed a lot. - We didn't have breakfast and wasn't aware of it. There were tea and coffee available. Main problem was with parking especially a larger vehicle like mine is a challenge when other cars are parked near it. You need to reverse all the way to the road, and it is a long driveway. I couldn't understand why the area in front of the building is not converted to car park.

Heating had been turned on in the apartment for us on arrival on a cold and wet winter evening, which was lovely to enter to! The apartment was exceptionally clean and so comfortable for our stay. And thanks for the complimentary Tim Tams! No dislikes at all!

- Yvonne (6/5): Great location just a few blocks from the CBD and right opposite the Builders' Club, great for meals - We didn't eat in the apartment. Sadly the carpet smelt a bit musty. Perhaps the carpets had been cleaned and hadn't dried......not sure. Also no air con in the 2 bedrooms and the fans were very noisy but the air con in the lounge was good. We could hear the people in the unit upstairs as well. No soap holder in the shower and the windowsills were mouldy and needed cleaning.
The location was wonderful though and there were generous supplies in the kitchen for anyone desiring to cook. Also a nice touch having complimentary biscuits supplied as well as tea & coffee.

- Hughes (10/5): A respite from the busy streets walking distance to all the main amenities - Lovely touches such as biscuits with the tea and coffee. Staple items in the pantry and good cooking equipment. Great quality furniture that was well maintained. Parking was ok, but others sharing the building sometimes blocked the access along the side of the building with poor parking habits making the narrow access even more narrow. Hopefully something the body corporate can resolve. Didn't affect our stay and we had enough room to park. There was also street parking.
