• Devi (8/5): - Most of the things convenient. The heater didn't work . The shampoo bottle couldn't work. Even though they had iron station but didn't have plug. So I had to iron on the mattress. Mattress wasn't comfy.

The lighting in the room was very dim, the bathroom was not clean, and I noticed quite a few cockroaches. The towels also had a bad smell and didn’t seem fresh. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need a lot of improvement.

• Dharshayini (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great day staying here ! It’s incredibly affordable, making it a great value for money. The location is super convenient, with easy access to food shops just on the LG floor, which was really handy. Parking was also hassle-free, which made things even easier. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room was clean, and all necessary utensils were provided, so I had everything I needed. Plus, the view was absolutely lovely ! Overall, I had a great experience and am definitely looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend! The only minor issue was that one lamp was out, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The location is good because it at top of mall easy to shopping or eat. The aircond was very good. The cutlery and kitchenware is completed. Ordered a house with 2 rooms and 4 beds but suddenly at the time to check-in they said the room is under maintenence. But luckily the admin give us a single bed. But still not quite satisfied because need to change house at the last minutes.

• Nadya (3/5): If youre looking for a hassle stay, this is the perfect one - It's a very nice spacious studio Be prepared for hassle from the beginning till the end. The parking, and the door lock were very confusing. Before you get the key, you have to park on the roadside at your own risk (I got a ticket by police traffic)/ alternatively you can pay to park at the mall for a while. The staff was not willing to help, they just send lengthy instructions through whatsapp and expect you to go through all, i asked for help directly and called the staff as i was having trouble to unlock the door. They told me they were sending a guard to help, but no one came. I went down again to the reception, she gave me a displeased look and said to her coworker "this customer don't understand instruction". Early check in, you will be charged. Late checkout you will be charged.

The toilet smell is very very terrible, especially when open the toilet door, whole house will be overwhelmed with toilet smell

• Carmen (3/5): Highly not recommended. - The carpark was the most confusing place ever. Hard to find the lot number as it was painted in yellow. Check-in location was troublesome. The room was haunted. Cant remember which room it was, J3-XX. We were disturbed the whole night as we sleep and it felt like someone was looking at us while we showered. The couch and carpet had mites even tho we used our eucalyptus and tea tree oil spray to kill it.

But the only thing that dissatisfied me is the tv. It doesnt allow netflix and only able to connect to youtube. Plus it has daily connection problem in which i need to spend an hour daily to just making sure the tv is connected again to the internet before i get to watch that mere "youtube". Plus the android tv doesnt even works. It works on the first day but subsequently ot doesnt play or even on anymore. And idk why the second floor air cond keeps hibernating (idk what should i call it). But it just closed and wrote EC on its screen. Need to restart it again and again to make sure that the room is cool hurm :(

Half of the accommodation experience was good, and the other hal - The environment is very clean and the area is very convenient, near Eko Cheras Mall. The bad experience was that we couldn't find the parking lot after searching for a long time. It took the security guard half an hour to search for it. Later we found that the parking lot numbers were not arranged in order. The door lock of the toilet on the second floor of the room was from the outside, not from the inside, so we were locked inside. The Wi-Fi password was also wrong, and we could only log in after asking. The hair dryer was not checked to see if it was in the hotel, and the customer could not use it that night.
• Grayson (9/5): I want to move in here 🤣 - View, the room, the service, location pretty much everything. The room was designed minimalistic and was very clean. Location is just above a shopping mall, therefore you won't need to worry about groceries shopping. To top it off, if you are craving alcohol. There are 4 bars downstairs in the shopping mall that open till 12am. The parking was super hard to find, i have to roam for 20min to find the exact number of the parking just to avoid getting clamped. No toothbrush and toothpaste
