• Sarah (9/5): Great weekend, and a perfect apartment. - The location was amazing, the views stunning, the apartment was clean and tidy and we will definitely stay again. The heat pump had broken but they had supplied two heaters to keep us warm 🙂 my only suggestion would be a new mattress in the second bedroom.
• Narelle (5/5): While the apartment is extremely well situated, I would not stay again due to noise. - Great location and views. Clean. attentive host. The apartment is extremely noisy - possibly from external generators/fans/motors. Air-con not efficient and noisy. Replacement heaters were provided for air-con, but only one was quiet enough to operate. Needs a lamp in lounge room.

• Rod (10/5): The stay was fantastic. I would love to come back the next time we stay in Melbourne. - The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The host, Sarah, was very helpful and accommodating. It was very easy to get the keys and get to our apartment. Easy to get from the airport with easy access to the train station and easy walk to the city. There's a little shop downstairs and Woolworths at the station. The views over the bay were fantastic.
• Janet (9/5): Had a fabulous time and would definitely stay again. - The location was fantastic and our apartment had amazing views and facilities. Tram stop virtually outside building making getting around Melbourne so easy. Foodhall across the road which is next to it a great Vietnamese restaurant. The lifts were slow and a bit shaky but hopefully when the third lift comes back into service the wait time will decrease.

• Cath (6/5): Wouldn't stay again - Location was good and having two bedrooms also. The views were impressive and the pool and spa were good. 1. The apartment is on the 60th floor. We had a very windy night and there were very loud creaking and banging noises above and throughout the apartment, but worst in the master bedroom. It lasted for hours and was quite scary. 2. The building and apartment maintenance were poor. The air conditioner louvres are broken and it makes a really loud noise when the fan is up high, master bedroom light didn't work, windows didn't close well, fridge door seal isn't good and it doesn't close well. 3. Beds aren't very comfortable. Better for two people than three or four.
• Widmer (10/5): I would use this apartment again. - The proximity to the station and the tram system was the outstanding feature of this property. The apartment was on a high floor of the building and the view was appreciated. There is online concern about the lifts in this building, but we did not have any significant issues using them.

• Karen (8/5): Stunning views, perfect location, great for 2 friends or family of 3 - Views out across the city and looking out to the ocean, located 5 min walk from skybus, Beds super comfortable. Everything was great, extra blankets for the beds or electric blankets for the beds would be perfect!
• Skye (10/5): It lent a special element to a weekend away with my sister. My friends are jealous! - The apartment was located in the CBD, so was very easy to get where I wanted to go. The view from the apartment was phenomenal. It was breathtaking and proved to be an experience in itself! The host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating and this took away any anxieties I may have had. Being affordable for my budget made it some where I will try and stay every time I visit the city. The price is extremely important to me. The mattress was a little saggy. I slept well, though so it wasn't a major issue. I couldn't get the vacuum to work and there was no dustpan as I would have liked to tidy a little. (I can be a messy person.)
• Julianne (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyable! - The location was close trams in the free zone which made travelling around the city easy. It was close to the Southern Cross Station and its ammenities. And within walking distance to the Southbank and Docklands. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our 3 day visit. The view was absolutely amazing at night and during the day! We enjoyed our stay! Two keys would have been an advantage - or at least two fobs to enable one person to go to the pool area.

We took a couple days to work out issue and signal was weak. Minor items such as loose toilet seats and multiple long black hairs in bathrooms.

Two friends / colleagues sharing allowed us to have our own space and bathroom. Easy and secure access too. Great host very strong communication. Great cafe over the road. Not much. Perhaps only having two sets of keys be easier for us. But made that work all the same, as 24 hr ezy mart convenient too. Very good

A wonderful stay that will be remembered forever. It was the absolute best place to watch the Melb NYE fireworks from. We loved the pool, spa and sauna. Close to trams and Southern Cross Station. Impeccable styling, comfortable seating, beds and pillows, 2 bathrooms and balcony. What else do you need? Perfect. Thank you so much. We will return.

• Gray (8/5): Weekend away to visit friends. - Great city location. Close to Southern Cross train station and easy access to the tram system. A selection of small restaurants situated close by. Not ideal if you have a car. No parking on site so could be costly if you are there for a few days.

Will stay here every time I come to Melbourne. It's right at a tram stop so the location couldn't be better. The views are spectacular! Right across from Southern Cross Station, where there is a supermarket. Really, this apartment is perfect. Nothing at all - the apartment is perfect

• Kayla (7/5): Really enjoyed the stay but not being able to sleep well the entire time made me just exhausted. - The location was fantastic! Very close to everywhere you could possibly want to go. The owner was lovely enough to provide us with a second key for the duration of the stay. Having only 1 key for 4 people was just frustrating. Pool and spa facilities were awesome! The bed in the master was the worst I have ever slept on. I booked for 7 days and struggled to sleep every night. It also creaked every time I moved. The mattress needs to be replaced.
• Sheng-lee (10/5): It’s the best option staying in Melbourne CBD!! - It’s located at a super convenient place( free tram is in 2 seconds walk, asian bakery, supermarket, asian restaurant are just next door, southern cross station, outlet center is in 200m) !This unit located at 60F , the view is dazzling, it makes me struggle a lot if i want to discover the city or just enjoy the view from the unit. The host is super kind!She provides enough heating equipments in winter, i appreciate a lot for this!! It’s a place you don’t wan to leave if you have ever stayed.

• Lisa (8/5): Nice place, I would stay again. - The location and the view were great! It really had all that you need for a week’s stay in Melbourne. There was only a single key, which was difficult because the two of us staying there had quite different schedules. The EZYMart, who held the key for pick up, was fine but when we were leaving and needed to return the key, they had locked the shop “for 10 mins” which turned out to be more than 20 mins, making us late for our flight.

• Marian (9/5): Perfect location right in the centre of town - The location was perfect. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has sufficient equipment to cook a meal. The apartment was quiet and it was easy to use the lifts. The shower was nice and hot. The towels were nice and fluffy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The air con was too noisy to leave on overnight - it sounded like a train was going through the bedroom. As a result we were always cold and wore our winter coats in the apartment. If the air con cannot be fixed, then at least add more blankets to the apartment. Apart from the air con, the apartment was very nice.
