• Viktor (8/5): A great stay. - The rooms were spacey and well decorated. The bathroom was of superb (Italian) quality. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was large as well. We especially enjoyed the large and esthetic living room, and spent most of our (awake) time there. The host and the cleaning lady were both very kind. The immediate environment close to the apartment was friendly, and there was no noise during the night. I'd reccomend this appartment to any large groups visiting Rome. The heating didn't seem to function well everywhere. The terasse door in one of the bedrooms can't be closed, and the electronic shutters didn't work in this room either. The sewer system could use some love as well (raindrain and bathroom drain). We used the AC's for heating, but their output was questionnable. Apart from the basics, the appartment wasn't very clean.
• Davit (7/5): Good - Not far from the city center. Couple of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean and bright house. Wide range of buses to most interesting places. Helpful neighbours and organised entrance hall. High level of safety. Wish that house had more sockets for nighttime charging of electronic devices or night lamps. Hot water capacity was almost not enough to have shower for two person plus dishes. Poor sound isolation. All listed above can be fixed easily. I still recommend the house for booking, especially if you are going to spend only night time at home.
• Luigi (6/5): Good apartment for groups, but not too good service. - Bright, location and the backyard. They offered WiFi and during 3 days we didn't have it.
