• Anil (8/5): Overall property is worth for the price - Prime location, close to train station, very clean and bed rooms are big and comfortable Well equipped pantry with cookware. WiFi is not working properly
• Jean (1/5): Séjour gâché par le manque de propreté et retard conséquent pour le check in. - Le logement est situé proche de la station de métro. Il y aurait tellement à dire ! J'avais contacté l'hôte de nombreuses semaines avant le voyage et il avait répondu que le logement serait prêt à 14 heures. En réalité, le logement n'était pas prêt. Ma mère est restée dans le logement et la femme de ménage a passé plus de 3 heures à nettoyer. J'ai voulu utiliser les toilettes et il y avait du pipi partout. Elle n'a pas passé l'aspirateur (vous imaginez la propreté !) car l'aspirateur du logement ne fonctionne pas. Ma mère a exigé qu'ils changent les draps car ils semblaient sales. Il y avait de nombreux mégots de cigarettes sur le "balcon". Le balcon était dans un état très sale. Le tapis au sol dans la salle principale était aussi très sale. Le réfrigérateur n'a pas été vidé et désinfecté ! Nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude à un moment donné (problème signalé par un autre avis sur Booking). J'ai dû contacter l'hôte alors que j'étais sous la douche et sous l'eau froide. Nous n'avions pas accès à internet à notre arrivée également. La table de la salle principale est abimée. La "terrace" contient une unité extérieure particulièrement bruyante donc impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte ou de profiter de cette "terrace". Nous n'avions pas de papier toilette. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire et personne ne nous a fourni de papier toilette. Nous avons dû en acheter au supermarché. La peinture est aussi à rafraichir, les photos ne sont pas fidèles à la réalité. Cerise sur le gâteau : le dernier jour, à 11h, deux femmes de ménages arrivent et nous sommes pour ainsi dire mis à la porte (alors que le premier jour nous avons dû attendre 3 heures pour que les femmes de ménage nettoient le logement). Je ne vous conseille donc pas ce logement. Seul point positif : proche du métro et literie Ok dans les deux chambres. Tout le ménage est à revoir !

• Ahmet (1/5): NOT CLEAN, SHOULD AVOID IT - Just distance between the property and underground. There was a problem with cleanness and communication. There were lots of hair and dirt on the floor. Apart from that, there was a snot on the wall in living room. Toilet was also dirty. I have contacted to the owners and they claimed the property was cleaned by the cleaning team and they have proof for that. After that I have requested their business email address to provided photo proof. Then no more helpful approach or attempt from them. We cleaned the toilet ourselves and swap the floor with brush as the vacuum is not working. They are charging approximately 110 pound out of 440 pound for cleaning but we are cleaning the property. You should avoid staying there unless necessary. I have also added some of the photos from the property.
• Ryan (10/5): Perfect - Perfect location. Right beside the tube station and has everything nearby - shops, restaurants etc. Property was spacious, clean, good WiFi, large garden style balcony, had an iron and hair dryer. Also a great price, so lucky we found this place.

• Gary (6/5): Property overall a little disappointing for the price - Convenience to Tube Station. Nice bathroom facilities. Very basic bedroom furnishings. Also bedrooms quite noisy to the street. Not great value for what we paid.

• Tomas (9/5): Good price/quality ratio - +Two bedrooms and you could also sleep on the couch in the living room. +Sufficiently furnished apartment. +The rooms and bathroom were clean. +Towels and shower gel were also available. +2 minutes walk from the metro station. +Restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk. -Greater distance from the center. -Very steep stairs from the street to the apartment. -Sometimes noise from the street

• Julie (8/5): Very good - Great location near to Tooting Bec underground and all shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants thereabouts. Easy to find free car parking in surrounding streets from 5.30pm on a weekend. Very spacious, bright and airy, clean 1st floor flat fixtures and fittings in pretty good order, plenty of towels and bedding. Small but well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. Appreciated the teabags etc provided in the kitchen and selection of travel toiletries. Internet worked well and large TV. Great heating. Outside balcony and sitting area a very pleasant bonus :) The area around the front door looks unfinished and scrappy - so not a good 1st impression, stairs and landing definitely need a paint - shame, because once you're in the flat it's great! Not a negative, we all managed perfectly, but for those who are less mobile - just to say it's a very long and steep set of stairs to the 1st floor.
• Dr (8/5): Tooting Bec, London Experience - Proximity to the road, train station, and accessibility in and out. Internet worked beyond expectations, and water heating temperature was excellent TV size is better and bigger than what I saw in other stayed apartments in the UK Rugged sit out at the back, good for some fresh air without being exposed to the major road. Small cooking pots without covers. Furniture/ cupboards are old and not trendy.
