Anastasia (1/5): A HORRIBLE stay where we were made to feel physically unsafe and caused us distress - Nothing The location was so bad it is located next to a very busy road with no double glazed windows so it seems like all the sounds coming in are the same as if the window was open. The apartment is in a bad location with a disgusting view of the old harbour and buildings. Don’t trust the photos you see they’re photoshopped. We booked for a two night stay and on the first night there was a huge fight of a gang of men at the entrance of the block shouting at each other at 4am for 45 minutes and of course we couldn’t sleep and felt very unsafe physically and emotionally. In the morning we asked to be moved somewhere else and instead of moving us immediately or telling us that we can get a refund and leave to find another hotel, they took 8 hours to respond saying that they don’t have another room to move us and if we do want to move we have to pay more ‘with a price difference’. We checked out that very same day and found a last minute place to stay. No way we would spend another minute in that hellhole.
