• Manish (1/5): Par below average. - Property location was safe. There was no amenities in the flat. And more so I haven’t got the security deposit return till now.
• Wendy (1/5): Bad - Location is good! Master bedroom toilet was smelly and affected the whole room. The cooler in the smaller room was very noisy and can't sleep. Bedsheets were dirty etc. Overall, the unit is in bad condition! Complained to owner and they said can't do much.

• IVAN YEAP (5/5): - The environment was good and overall quite comfortable. However, I felt the check-in and check-out process had a few too many steps, which made it a bit inconvenient. The pricing could also be more reasonable, as the additional cleaning fee of over RM100 made the total cost higher than expected. In terms of facilities, one shower was fine to use, but the other was not well maintained and had an unpleasant smell. With some improvements, I believe this homestay could provide an even better experience for guests.

The portable air conditioner in the small room is noisy, couldn't sleep well at night, we need to open the door to let the living room aircond winds blow into the room. 2. All the pillows in the room is flat and thin, couldn't sleep well, neck strained. 3. Should change a new unit portable aircond and all the pillows 4. There's a nasty smell came out from the master bedroom toilet. 5. There's no furniture in the small room. We need to put all the belongings on the floor

• Lawrence (8/5): - HomeBrickz customer service was very helpful, Convenient location. The main door hard to close because one of the door lock screw was not properly screwed. One of the basin in the bathroom found water clogged. Water failed to drain out even after 30 secs.

• Wt (3/5): Below my expectations - Location The master bedroom and ensuite is smelly, there is no exhaust fan and window cannot be opened for ventilation. We booked for three rooms 4 person but only given one lift access card, very inconvenient. The quality of towels and beds not up to expectations Room charge and security deposit paid in advance but refund of deposit takes long time, it says 7-14 working days. I have been asking for refund but not received any response yet.

How Can possible only 1 Access card to use for 3 members. Please give 2 Lift access cards and 1 Car access cards instead of 2 Car Acecss cards. Management and For 3 Bedroom unit they given 1 Lift Access and 2 Car Park cards .DOnt know What is the Logic here to give more car Card. I have asked multible time and answer from them Policy ..Policy.. Asked Manager details and for the that also Saying Policy ..Please consider Coustmers request and modify those Polices accordingly..

While the location near the stadium was convenient, the difficulty in locatin - The property is conveniently located near the stadium, making it a great option for event attendees. However, the parking and mailroom were difficult to locate, even with the provided instructional videos. Additionally, the home appeared to be poorly maintained, with a strong, unpleasant odor in both bathrooms that affected the entire space. Cleanliness was also an issue, as the property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival.

Additionally, the owner provided the wrong swimming location and only responded to that issue while ignoring the rest, despite receiving evidence via pictures and voice notes.

• Natasha (3/5): Please pay more attention to cleanliness and housekeeping because it is below satisfactory. - Location is close to Bukit Jalil stadium if you travel for concerts. The unit is poorly maintained and it was like no housekeeping cleaning was done prior our check in. Because we found a random contact lens laying on the bedroom floor and no tissue provided in the main toilet or kitchen. The host ignored when we raised this issue in WhatsApp. The bed and pillow sheets are very much stained and the toilet has a smell.

• Nur (4/5): please ensure to check every single amenities provided before to proceed with stay to ensure you did not fall into the h - The location and reserved parking lot which located in front of the access door to lift 1. the smell from the master bedroom bathroom. 2. unidentified clean towels provided which lead to deduction of security deposit money. there was 1 towel folded and place on the bed in every room. and hang towels in the cupboard n in the bathroom which unknown status either clean or not. 1 of d towel hang in d cupboard got lipstick stain. we leave it in d cupboard din use at all together with another towel. upon check out the property mentioned that was our fault and deduct rm50 from our deposit. our mistake is we din update the property when we found out that stain. but it kind of a trick set by the property. they mentioned we r not able to provide a proof but they also not able to provide a proof that all towels provided are clean and fresh. 3. no extra rubbish bag provided. we purchased by ourself, pack all th rubbish and throw out to ensure the property is clean b4 we leave. if we are that such person who din admit to what we did we din treated that house like our house which keep it clean b4 we leave. even the very bad smell comes from the master bedroom oso we din complained and try to manage with that. so can i request a penalty for that such unit that u rent out to ppl?

• Wen (3/5): I’ll not come back anymore due to no response to my problems during my stay. they gave me wrong access card, turn out I - near to Bukit Jalil pavilion. easy access to food as down there has several restaurant, nearby has Watson and jaya grocer. 1. the contact person has no responsive when I have problems during my stays (call or text no use). they only response when I’m to check in and check out. 2. they also request a deposit of 300rm before you check in, no issuance of receipt after you paid, this is improper procedure. 3. this is a condo that does not allow homestay. resident here will use different eyes to see you when you use the facilities and ask questions.

• Naisha (1/5): poor apartment, not up to standard and what’s mentioned on the facilities half of it is available, uncomfortable beds &# - the location and the swimming pool the place is terrible, uncomfortable beddings, stain on duvet covers, no glasses , washing machine and microwave as listed, no AC in one room, toilets smelled funny, only 2 plates and few items , which are very worn out. mattress packing wrappers are also not removed.. the noise it makes is so uncomfortable to sleep.

Cooking utensils are in bad condition and required new ones. No place to hang clothings even though laundry machine is provided.

• Wei (7/5): good location. overall positive. host communication need to improve - clean and has all the supplies. aside toilet rolls communication. the staff didn’t give me clear communication until i asked for it the very last late night before check in. this creates a lot of inconvenience for our planning. especially we don’t have a local phone and rely on wifi.
