Location awful, unit filthy at arrival had to clean it ourselves, worn-out furniture, noisy waterlines, noisy fellow residents in the building and a barking dog from one of the next-door neighbours every night, every day.

• Guillaume (5/5): Loin du centre-ville, pas cher mais petit pour une famille de 6 personnes - Simplement que ce n'était pas cher Sur le 1er logement, quand nous sommes arrivés, le plafond de la salle de bain était effondré ! Nous avons eu un autre logement le lendemain. Ensuite, panne d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours ! Les pièces étaient humides, il a fallu le dire 2 fois pour que le propriétaire mette le chauffage en fonction ! C'est petit pour 6 personnes.
• Syeda (1/5): Me and the kids got sick on this trip because of poor isolation in the unit. NO HEATING. - Easy to enter the building and the room. Clear instructions. There was no heating or proper isolation in the unit. I asked the host to fix the problem, but nothing was done. We could not use the shower. Paid 30$ for parking. I was reimbursed only 100$ for the inconvenience.
• Michael (1/5): uncomfortable due to no heat. - location to the venue of my wedding unit 23 was freezing cold when we arrived. all windows were open we arrived in the evening. heat was centralized but no heat at all in the unit and no portable heater provided. when i was talking to eddie the assistant host about the heat, he hang up on me.

• Salahuddin (1/5): Poor rental offer - The booking was cancelled by the property manager citing some unexpected incident in the property Such property should not be in the system. I is very unprofessional. I was informed that booking has to be cancelled.
• Enoch (9/5): Great stay. I’ll come back again when I visit Hamilton - No disturbances, no need to chat with any receptionist. Super private. They respond to messages on time. There’s a bus stop and consumable store just outside the property. The real cost of the place is hidden in the Taxes&fees. And it is way higher than the listing cost.

• Christina (8/5): The unit its self is very lovely but some focus on the personal touches would be nice. - The updates to the unit were nice. Heavy smell of cigarettes in the elevator. The kitchen was sparse with cookware. The toilet paper was so thin, we had to buy our own, no tissues, towels were very thin and created lots of lint.

• Nicholas (10/5): Great stay, great price, recommend 200% - The property was quiet, clean, and comfortable! The host was kind and responsive. Nothing, we loved our stay and would recommend!
• Mcintyre (5/5): Passable - There was mold in bathtub under the soap holder. If you're going to need to cook bring your own pots and dishes. Outside was icy and not maintained at all. Be careful getting on and off the elevator if it works. Bedroom windows have so much moisture there's water on the ledges. People banging late hours of the night dog on same floor barking all the time. Every day I received the same email over and over by the host. No way to contact host if you need anything right away.

• Mukhtar (1/5): My worst ever stay - Nothing The photos were fake. No ho water. No AC. Dirty with a lot of bugs. When we arrived the toilet was blocked. The sofa bed was extremely outdated and uncomfortable. No fan or AC in the lounge. We told him to give us a refund and he kept avoiding our questions. I have already sent 3 complaints to booking.com.
